Applicable Law and Venue. This Contract and the provisions contained herein shall be construed, controlled, and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida. All claims, controversies, or disputes arising out of this Contract shall be settled as required by this Contract or by law in the Circuit Court for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, Orange County, Florida. Should any federal claims arise for which the courts of the State of Florida lack jurisdiction, the parties hereby agree that venue for those actions shall be in the Orlando Division of the U.S. Middle District of Florida.
Applicable Law and Venue. This Agreement will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any action brought pursuant to this Agreement will be in Hillsborough County, Florida, or in the Tampa Division of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Company hereby waives any claim against Authority, and its officers, board members, agents, or employees for loss of anticipated profits caused by any suit or proceedings directly or indirectly attacking the validity of this Agreement or any part hereof, or by any judgment or award in any suit or proceeding declaring this Agreement null, void, or voidable, or delaying the same, or any part hereof, from being carried out.
Applicable Law and Venue. This Note shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to conflicts of laws thereof. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and all obligations of the parties created hereunder are performable in Xxxxxxx County, Texas. Exclusive venue for any action arising under this Agreement shall lie in the state district courts of Xxxxxxx County, Texas.
Applicable Law and Venue. This Contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State 532 of Florida and venue for resolution of all disputes, whether by mediation, arbitration or litigation, shall lie in the 533 county where the Real Property is located.
Applicable Law and Venue. This Dealer Manager Agreement was executed and delivered in, and its validity, interpretation and construction shall be governed by, the laws of the State of California; provided however, that causes of action for violations of federal or state securities laws shall not be governed by this Section. The Company, the Dealer Manager and each Dealer hereby agree that venue for any action brought in connection with this Dealer Manager Agreement shall lie exclusively in Los Angeles, California.

Any case or controversy arising out of performance of this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Boise, Idaho, USA.

Any action to enforce this Agreement must be brought and solely litigated in the District Court of Burleigh County, North Dakota. Each Party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court and waives any claim of lack of jurisdiction or forum non conveniens.
