Notification of Assignment. Any assignment that is not undertaken in accordance with the provisions set forth above shall be null and void ab initio. A Party making any assignment shall promptly notify the other Party of such assignment, regardless of whether consent is required. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
Notification of Assignment. 14.6 Every educator on active pay status shall be given a written notice of his/her proposed school assignment and general teaching responsibility, including grade(s), for the forthcoming year by the last duty day of the preceding school year and given reasons for any change. In the event that changes in the assignments must be made after the assignments have been announced, the appropriate supervisor/administrator will mail promptly a written communication to the educator identifying the change and the reason(s) for the change. The educator will be responsible for providing an address at which he/she can be reached.
Notification of Assignment. Preliminary notification of assignment for each subsequent school year shall be communicated to each bargaining unit member not later than June 1st of each school year.
Notification of Assignment. By May 30, the District will notify, in writing, employees of their intended employment status with the District for the following school year. The District shall make a reasonable effort to notify affected employees of changes in staffing plans that occur during the summer recess. The District shall make a reasonable effort to provide 260-day employees with as much notice as practicable regarding changes in staffing plans, with a minimum 2-week notice of layoff. Failure by the District to provide such notice of changes in staffing plans following issuance of notification will not interfere with the authority of the District to reassign or terminate an employee.
Notification of Assignment. All employees shall continue in their assigned positions on an annual basis unless transferred, laid off, or terminated under the provisions of this contract. Request forms shall be provided by the Board at the time the employee is notified of the involuntary transfer. Beginning in June, employees who are involuntarily transferred shall be notified by seniority of available positions.
Notification of Assignment. Prior to the end of the school year, employees will be notified of known changes in the employee’s assignment for the following year. Employees will immediately be given written notification of major reassignment changes which become necessary subsequent to the end of the school year.
Notification of Assignment. If a Partner assigns or exchanges all or any portion of its Interest, it must notify the Partnership of such assignment or exchange. Such notification must be in writing and must be given within fifteen (15) days after the assignment or exchange. Such notification must include the names and addresses of the transferor and transferee, the taxpayer identification numbers of the transferor and the transferee, the date of the assignment or exchange and any other information required by the Partnership.
Notification of Assignment. An employee shall know at the time of issuance of the contract or at the close of school, whichever is later, and in the case of paraprofessionals, the subject or level in which it is anticipated the employee will be working. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the assignment of employees who work with students may be changed as determined by the District to meet the needs of students.
Notification of Assignment. The District shall make every effort to ensure that each unit member be given written notice not later than June 1 of the next school year’s assignment. Should assignment change become necessary, written notification shall be provided as soon as possible. Such notice shall specify the site, room(s), grade level subject area and position to which the unit member will be assigned. As soon as possible a separate notice shall explain the nature of special issues, which may affect pupils assigned to the unit member.
Notification of Assignment. Teachers shall be notified in writing of their tentative assignments for the following school year before the end of the current school year. After July 1, if a teacher objects to a change in assignment, the teacher shall be permitted to resign without penalty.
