Concerning the Trust Indenture Act. Except with respect to specific provisions of the TIA expressly referenced in the provisions of this Indenture, the TIA shall not be applicable to, and shall not govern, this Indenture and the Notes.
Concerning the Trust Indenture Act. Except with respect to specific provisions of the TIA expressly referenced in the provisions of this Indenture, no provisions of the TIA are incorporated by reference in or made a part of this Indenture. Unless specifically provided in this Indenture, no terms that are defined in the TIA have the meanings specified therein for purposes of this Indenture.
