Extension of Options. With respect to all warrants and options beneficially owned, held or controlled by or on behalf of Xx. Xxxxxxx (whether or not vested in whole or in part), the exercise period currently applicable to each such warrant and option is hereby amended so as to be extended by three (3) years from the date currently specified for each exercise period, respectively, to expire.

Extension of Options. Oakhurst shall provide to Mr. Xxxxx x xrue and complete copy of an action by the Stock Plans Committee of Oakhurst providing that the options to purchase Oakhurst common stock held by him will continue in full force and effect for a period of four (4) years after the Closing Date notwithstanding the fact that after the Closing, he will not be an employee of a subsidiary of Oakhurst.
