Full Time Service. The Executive will devote all of the Executive’s time, attention and effort to the business and affairs of the Company, will well and faithfully serve the Company and will use the Executive’s best efforts to promote the interests of the Company and its Affiliates. The Executive will not engage in other employment or consulting work while employed by the Company.
Full Time Service. For the purpose of determining eligibility for salary advancements and accrual of benefits the term "full-time service" shall mean the number of days actually worked on a job, including absence with pay. Military Leave shall be in accordance with the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-employment Act of 1994 and City’s Administrative Rule on Military Leave.
Full Time Service. The Executive shall devote all of the Executive’s business time, attention and effort to the business and affairs of the Corporation and its Affiliates, shall well and faithfully serve the Corporation and its Affiliates and shall use the Executive’s best efforts to promote the interests of the Corporation and its Affiliates. The Executive shall duly and diligently perform all of the duties assigned to him while in the employ of the Corporation and shall truthfully and faithfully account for and deliver to the Corporation all money, securities and things of value belonging to the Corporation which the Executive may from time to time receive for, from or on account of the Corporation.
Full Time Service. Employee agrees that during the Term of this Agreement unless earlier terminated, he will commit his full time and energies to the duties imposed hereby and, further, agrees that during the term of this Agreement he will not (whether as an officer, director, member, employee, partner, proprietor, investor, security holder, lender, associate, consultant, adviser or otherwise) directly or indirectly, engage in the business of the Casino as a competitor or otherwise without the express prior written consent of the Board in its sole discretion.
Full Time Service. For the purpose of determining eligibility for probationary period salary increases, promotion and accrual of benefits, the term "full-time service" shall mean the number of days actually worked on the job, including absences with pay. Leaves of absence without pay, shall not be credited as full time. Military leave of absence will be administered pursuant to Federal and/or Nevada law pursuant to NRS 284.359.
Full Time Service. Excluding any periods of vacation and sick leave to which Employee may be entitled, Employee agrees to devote Employee's full time and energies to the responsibilities with the Company consistent with past practice and shall not, during the Term of this Agreement, be engaged in any business activity which would interfere with or prevent Employee from carrying out Employee's duties under this Agreement.
Full Time Service. Throughout the Period (as defined in paragraph 2 below), Executive shall, except as may from time to time be otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company and unless prevented by ill health, devote his full-time working hours to his duties hereunder, shall in all respects conform to and comply with the lawful and reasonable directions and instructions given to him by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and shall use his best efforts to promote and serve the interests of the Company.
Full Time Service. The Hospital recognizes the Union through the Certificate dated May 4, 2000, as the exclusive bargaining agent of all employees of the Hospital at Kitchener, Ontario, save and except professional medical staff, graduate nursing staff, undergraduate nurses, graduate pharmacists, undergraduate pharmacists, graduate dieticians, student dieticians, technical personnel, supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office staff, persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week and students employed during the school vacation period.
