Boat. During the Period of Employment, the Company at its cost shall provide Executive a boat of a quality consistent with the Company’s practices and made available to other executives of the Company (of a kind and cost to be approved by the Board) that will be owned by the Company. Insurance will be maintained and paid by the Company. Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for the cost of all maintenance costs associated with Executive’s use of the boat. Executive will be responsible for all fuel costs associated with Executive’s use of the boat. Executive may use such boat for business and personal purposes.

Boat. Club Members shall keep the boat club vessels in a safe and seaworthy condition while operating the vessels. It is important Boat Club Members treat the boat and equipment as if it were their own assuring all members an enjoyable experience.
Boat. Club Member agrees to maintain continuous insurability during the full period of this agreement and agrees to immediately notify SBC if there is any reason his insurability status may be compromised.
Boat. Club Members shall not operate or permit the operation of the boat club vessels outside the Operational Area (within Lake Washington, Lake Union, the Lake Washington Ship Canal and the Puget Sound within 15 nautical miles of the Shilshole Bay Marina) or in excess of the established speed limit and shall not violate other safety rules established by SBC or the City of Seattle, U.S. Coast Guard, State of Washington or any other jurisdictional authority. Boat Club Members shall at all times comply with all marine rules of the road, safety requirements, and all other applicable laws governing operation of a boat.
Boat a. Boats must comply with all current bye-law legislation in relation to construction and equipment.
Boat. If Boat Owner acquires a new or different vessel to be stored in the Dry Slip, all information applicable to such different vessel set forth in the “BOAT OWNER INFORMATION” section above shall be submitted to Lessor in writing not less than five (5) days before Boat Owner intends for Lessor to begin storing such new vessel in the Dry Slip. Upon receipt of such information, Lessor may, at its sole discretion, permit occupancy of such new vessel pursuant to the appropriate adjustment of the Rent as set forth in Section 1. No new or different vessel will be placed in the Dry Slip without the written consent of Lessor. Boat Owner agrees that any boat, vessel, or craft placed in the Dry Slip will continuously be registered, identified, marked, equipped, and maintained as required by the laws of the State of Texas.
Boat. The list provided in Section 5 should be reviewed. Each item that was included in this sale must be selected and the payment received defined. Thus, select the checkbox attached to “Boat” and supply the final asking price the Seller required to release ownership to the Buyer. (19) Motor(s). If the sale includes one or more motors then select the second item. Once done, supply the total cost of all the motors that will be released (with the Boat) to the Buyer. (20)
