Attendance. Each Member shall use all reasonable efforts to cause its Representatives or Alternate Representatives to attend each meeting of the Management Committee, unless its Representatives are unable to do so because of a "force majeure" event or other event beyond his reasonable control, in which event such Member shall use all reasonable efforts to cause its Representatives or Alternate Representatives to participate in the meeting by telephone pursuant to Section 6.02(h).
Attendance. MPS shall allow any Charter School pupil who meets MPS admission standards to enroll in an MPS School, in accordance with MPS Student Assignment Policies, as amended from time to time, unless such pupil has been expelled from Charter School.
Attendance. The School’s Governing Board shall maintain and adhere to a policy for attendance. The policy shall be readily accessible from the School’s website, as described in Section 8.9 of the Charter Contract. The School shall maintain daily records of student attendance and absences.
Attendance. Maintain school attendance per School Board Policy 5200, which states that a student may not accumulate more than ten (10) unexcused absences in an annual course or more than five (5) unexcused absences in a semester course. Violation of the above policy may result in probation and possible exit at the end of the school year. If a student has not shown sufficient progress or fails to meet requirements during any quarter of the school year as outlined above, the student will be placed on probation as follows:
Attendance. Employees shall be in attendance at their work during the regular hours of work and shall not absent themselves during working hours for any reason without the prior approval of the Department Executive.
Attendance. Except as required by applicable law, attendance at Trustees meetings may be in person or by a teleconference or other communications medium by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear and speak with each other.
Attendance. Contractor shall implement MPS attendance policies. Contractor shall enter attendance on a daily basis into MPS’ identified district business system for student management.
Attendance. The School shall maintain and adhere to its attendance policy. The School’s current policy must be posted on the School’s official website, as described in Section 10.8 of this Charter Contract. The School shall maintain daily records of student attendance and absences.
