At-Will Employment Relationship. Executive’s employment with the Company is at-will and not for any specified period and may be terminated at any time, with or without Cause or advance notice, by either Executive or the Company. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or should be construed to contradict, modify or alter this at-will relationship.

Nothing in any Company communication, document, policy, or procedure is intended to create a promise or representation of continued employment or employment for a fixed period of time. Similarly, no wage increase, promotion, length of service, oral promise by any person, or any other aspect of the employment relationship that may arise shall change the ability of either the Company or the Employee to terminate the employment relationship at will.
