Assistant Treasurer. The assistant treasurer shall in the absence or disability of the treasurer, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the treasurer and shall perform such other duties as the Board of Trustees or the chief executive officer may from time to time prescribe.

Assistant Treasurer. Each assistant Treasurer will have those powers and duties delegated by the Board or President. If more than one, the Assistant Treasurers, in the order designated by the Board or, if in the absence of any designation, as determined by the length of term that each has held the office of Assistant Treasurer, will exercise the powers of the Treasurer during the Treasurer's absence or incapacitation.
Assistant Treasurer. The assistant treasurer (or, if there be more than one, the assistant treasurers in the order determined by the board of directors or, if there shall be no such determination, then in the order of their election) shall, in the absence of the treasurer or in the event of his disability, inability or refusal to act, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the treasurer and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the board of directors may from time to time prescribe.
Assistant Treasurer. An Assistant Treasurer, or if there shall be more than one, the Assistant Treasurers in the order determined by the Trustees (or if there be no such determination, then in the order of their election), shall, upon proper delegation from the Treasurer or in the absence of the Treasurer or in the event of his or her inability or refusal to act, perform the duties of the Treasurer, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Treasurer. The Assistant Treasurer(s) shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Trustees or these Bylaws.
Assistant Treasurer. The Board of Directors or any two of the officers of the Company acting jointly may appoint or remove one or more Assistant Treasurers of the Company. Any Assistant Treasurer upon such officer’s appointment shall perform such of the duties of the Treasurer, and also any and all such other duties as the Board of Directors or the President or a Vice-President or the Treasurer or the Secretary may designate.

Assistant Treasurer. The Chief Executive Officer may appoint one or more Assistant Treasurers of the Company (each an “Assistant Treasurer”). Each Assistant Treasurer shall perform such duties and responsibilities as may be specifically assigned to him or her from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer.
