Additional Instruments. The Member will execute and deliver any document or statement necessary to give effect to the terms of this Agreement or to comply with any law, rule or regulation governing the Company’s formation and activities.
Additional Instruments. Each of the parties shall from time to time, at the request of others, execute, acknowledge and deliver to the other party any and all further instruments that may be reasonably required to give full effect and force to the provisions of this Agreement.

Any reference to activities, obligations or rights undertaken or existing under or in furtherance of this Compact or similar language will include activities, obligations and rights undertaken by, or existing under or in furtherance of any agreement, document or instrument related to this Compact and the Program.

Seller shall execute and deliver such further instruments and shall do and perform all matters and things necessary or expedient to be done or observed for the purpose of effectively creating, maintaining and preserving the security and benefits intended to be afforded by this Agreement.
Additional Instruments. The parties shall execute and deliver all instruments necessary to carry out any agreement, term, condition, or assurance in this lease whenever necessary and request for such instrument is made.

Notwithstanding termination of this Agreement, the Parties covenant and agree to execute and deliver any additional instruments or documents necessary to carry out the general intent of this Agreement, including without limitation patent assignments or any other assignments necessary to evidence the ownership of Intellectual Property contemplated hereby or any such additional instruments or documents, including such instruments as may be required by the laws of any jurisdiction, now or in effect or hereinafter enacted, that may affect a Party's rights, title or interest, as applicable, in and to any of the software governed hereby.
