Club Memberships. The Corporation shall provide payment of annual dues and monthly business development expenses for the Executive in connection with a club membership in the market area. Any other contributions (assessments) associated with the club membership are the sole responsibility of the Executive and are to be paid by the Executive.
Club Memberships. The Executive shall be provided paid membership in clubs approved by the Chief Executive Officer.
Club Memberships. (a) the payment by the Corporation of any personal club memberships held by the Executive will cease on the Effective Date; and
Club Memberships. Company shall obtain memberships providing Executive access to a country club and a health club, each as approved by the Remuneration Committee or the Board, and Company shall pay the initiation fees and monthly dues associated with such memberships. Executive’s membership in such country club and health club shall cease upon Executive’s termination of employment hereunder, and, to the extent applicable, such membership shall be transferred to Company (or its designee) upon such termination.
Club Memberships to the extent the Executive has been granted a club membership at the time of commencement of the Termination Leave, the Corporation will continue to pay for the employee's membership until the Termination Date. Upon the Termination Date corporate (as opposed to personal) club memberships will remain with the Corporation.
Club Memberships. The Company shall pay monthly dues for Officer's membership in clubs selected by Officer, provided the aggregate of such monthly dues do not exceed $200.00 per month during the first year of the Term. Commencing February 1, 1998 and continuing annually thereafter, such monthly dues may, at Officer's sole discretion, increase 5% per annum.
Club Memberships. During the Employment Period, the Corporation shall pay all initial and annual fees and all other reasonable expenses relating to membership in up to two (2) business or social clubs to be selected by the Executive in his sole discretion.
Club Memberships. It is contemplated that, after the Executive commences performance hereunder, he may request that the Parent purchase, or provide funds (net of taxes) to the Executive for the purchase of membership in any club (or clubs), having facilities suitable for the Executive to use for business entertainment on behalf of the Bank or the Parent, as the Parent Board shall deem appropriate and in the interest of the Parent and the Bank. Upon authorization by the Parent Board, the Parent shall pay any required initiation fees and shall pay, either directly or as an ongoing payroll expense to reimburse the Executive (net of taxes), for monthly dues, periodic assessments, and other such costs of any such membership. The Executive shall be responsible for any personal charges that he may incur in utilizing the facilities of any such club. If the Executive ceases his membership in any such clubs and any bonds or other capital payments made by Parent are repaid to the Executive, the Executive shall pay over such payments to Parent.
Club Memberships. If, in connection with Music Hall events or the Club, Tenant shall establish, or cause to be established, a membership program or association whereby members receive special privileges, Tenant shall grant to Landlord six (6) such memberships at the same price, if any, and on the same terms for which such memberships are generally being offered to Tenant’s most valued patrons. The memberships shall be granted for the Term and the rights and privileges concomitant to such memberships may be assigned, at Landlord’s option, to Persons designated by Landlord.
Club Memberships. Reimbursement of the Executive for the cost of his and his immediate family's membership in one country club, including reimbursement of a $10,000 voting transfer fee to be paid or payable by the Executive, and his membership in one business club, and for his business-related use for both clubs.
