Blanket Insurance Coverage. Nothing in this Agreement will prevent User from taking out insurance of the kind and in the amount provided for under this Exhibit under a blanket insurance policy or policies (certificates, or upon request of Commission, policies, thereof reasonably satisfactory to Commission will be delivered to Commission) which may cover other properties owned or operated by User as well as the Licensed Space, provided, however, that any such policy of blanket insurance of the kind provided for will (a) specify therein the amounts thereof exclusively allocated to the Licensed Space or User will furnish Commission with a written statement from the insurers under such policies specifying the amounts of the total insurance exclusively allocated to the Licensed Space, and (b) not contain any clause which would result in the insured thereunder being required to carry any insurance with respect to the DocuSign Envelope ID: C8AF5BCC-E523-440C-9A12-A18430CCF479 property covered thereby in an amount not less than any specific percentage of the Full Replacement Cost of such property in order to prevent the insured therein named from becoming a coinsurer of any loss with the insurer under such policy. Any such policies of blanket insurance will, with respect to the Licensed Space, contain the various provisions required of such an insurance policy by the foregoing provisions of this Exhibit.
Blanket Insurance Coverage. Nothing in this Article VI shall prevent Tenant from taking out insurance of the kind and in the amount provided for under this Article VI under a blanket insurance policy or policies (certificates, or upon request of Landlord, policies, thereof reasonably satisfactory to Landlord shall be delivered to Landlord) which may cover other properties owned or operated by Tenant as well as the Demised Premises, provided, however, that any such policy of blanket insurance of the kind provided for shall (a) specify therein the amounts thereof exclusively allocated to the Demised Premises or Tenant shall furnish Landlord with a written statement from the insurers under such policies specifying the amounts of the total insurance exclusively allocated to the Demised Premises, and (b) not contain any clause which would result in the insured thereunder being required to carry any insurance with respect to the property covered thereby in an amount not less than any specific percentage of the Full Replacement Cost of such property in order to prevent the insured therein named from becoming a coinsurer of any loss with the insurer under such policy. Any such policies of blanket insurance shall, with respect to the Demised Premises, contain the various provisions required of such an insurance policy by the foregoing provisions of this Article VI.

Nothing in this Article shall prevent Tenant or Landlord from taking out insurance of the kind and in the amount provided for under the preceding Sections of this Article under a blanket insurance policy or policies (evidence thereof reasonably satisfactory to the other party shall be delivered to the other party by the insuring party) which may cover other properties owned or operated by the insuring party as well as the Demised Premises; provided, however, that any such policy of blanket insurance of the kind provided for shall (i) specify therein the amounts thereof exclusively allocated to the Demised Premises or the insuring party shall furnish the other party and the holder of any mortgage with a written statement from the insurers under such policies specifying the amounts of the total insurance exclusively allocated to the Demised Premises, and (ii) not contain any clause which would result in the insured thereunder being required to carry any insurance with respect to the property covered thereby in an amount not less than any specific percentage of the Full Replacement Cost of such property in order to prevent the insured therein named from becoming a co-insurer of any loss with the insurer under such policy; and provided further, however, that such policies of blanket insurance shall, as respects the Demised Premises, contain the various provisions required of such an insurance policy by the foregoing provisions of this Article.

Nothing in this Article VI shall prevent -------------------------- Tenant from taking out insurance of the kind and in the amount provided for under the preceding paragraphs of this Article VI under a blanket insurance policy or policies (and certificates thereof reasonably satisfactory to Landlord shall be delivered to Landlord) which may cover other properties owned, leased or operated by Tenant as well as the Demised Premises; provided, however, that any such policy of blanket insurance of the kind provided for shall not contain any clause which would result in the insured thereunder being required to carry any insurance with respect to the property covered thereby in an amount not less than any specific percentage of the Full Replacement Cost of such property in order to prevent the insured therein named from becoming a co-insurer of any loss with the insurer under such policy; and further provided, however, that such policies of blanket insurance shall, as respects the Demised Premises, contain the various provisions required of such an insurance policy by the foregoing provisions of this Article VI.
Blanket Insurance Coverage. Nothing in this Section 6 shall prevent Landlord or Tenant from maintaining insurance of the kinds and in the amounts required by Section 6.1, Section 6.2 or Section 6.3 under a blanket insurance policy or policies covering other properties owned or operated by Landlord or Tenant as well as the Premises; provided, however, that (a) each policy contains the various provisions and coverages required by this Section 6 and (b) the certificate for such policy includes a statement from the insurer setting forth the coverages maintained and the amounts exclusively allocated to the Premises.
Blanket Insurance Coverage. Nothing in this Section 6 shall prevent Tenant from maintaining insurance of the kinds and in the amounts required by Section 6.2 or Section 6.3 under a blanket insurance policy or policies covering other properties owned or operated by Tenant as well as the Premises; provided, however, that (a) each policy contains the various provisions and coverages required by this Section 6 and (b) the certificate for such policy includes a statement from the insurer setting forth the coverages maintained and the amounts exclusively allocated to the Premises. Certificates of such insurance reasonably satisfactory to Landlord shall be delivered to Landlord as described in Section 6.4.

Nothing in this Article shall prevent Tenant from taking out insurance of the kind and in the amount provided for under the preceding paragraphs of this Article under a blanket insurance policy or policies (certificates thereof reasonably satisfactory to Landlord shall be delivered to Landlord) which may cover other properties owned or operated by Tenant as well as the Demised Premises; provided, however, that any certificate of blanket insurance of the kind provided for shall specify therein the amounts thereof applicable to the Demised Premises or Tenant shall furnish Landlord and the holder of any fee mortgage with a written statement from the insurers under such policies specifying the amounts of the total insurance applicable to the Demised Premises; and further provided, however, that such policies of blanket insurance shall, as respects the Demised Premises, contain the various provisions required of such an insurance policy by the foregoing provisions of this Article VI.
