Non-Solicitation of Customers. The Executive agrees that, during the Restricted Period, he will not, directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to solicit (i) any party who is a customer or client of the Company or its subsidiaries, who was a customer or client of the Company or its subsidiaries at any time during the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the date the Executive's employment terminates or who is a prospective customer or client that has been identified and targeted by the Company or its subsidiaries for the purpose of marketing, selling or providing to any such party any services or products offered by or available from the Company or its subsidiaries, or (ii) any supplier or vendor to the Company or any subsidiary to terminate, reduce or alter negatively its relationship with the Company or any subsidiary or in any manner interfere with any agreement or contract between the Company or any subsidiary and such supplier or vendor.

Non-Solicitation of Customers. During the Restricted Period, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit or induce, or attempt to solicit or induce, any customer, supplier, licensee, licensor or other business relation of the Company to terminate its relationship or contract with the Company, to cease doing business with the Company, or in any way interfere with the relationship between any such customer, supplier, licensee or business relation and the Company (including making any negative statements or communications concerning the Company or their employees).
Non-Solicitation of Customers. During the Restricted Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Customer of the Company for the purpose of providing any goods or services competitive with the Business within the Territory. The restrictions set forth in this Section 8(g) apply only to the Customers with whom Executive had Contact.

Non-Solicitation of Customers. The Executive will not while employed by the Company and for a period of one (1) year following termination of employment, directly or indirectly by assisting others, solicit or accept, or attempt to solicit or accept, any business competitive to the business of the Company, from any customer with whom Executive had material contact (i.e. dealt with, supervised dealings with, obtained confidential information concerning, or had resultant earnings on) during employment with the Company.

Non-Solicitation of Customers. The Executive understands and acknowledges that because of the Executive’s experience with and relationship to the Company, he will have access to and learn about much or all of the Company’s customer information. “Customer Information” includes, but is not limited to, names, phone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, order history, order preferences, chain of command, pricing information and other information identifying facts and circumstances specific to the customer and relevant to sales. The Executive understands and acknowledges that loss of this customer relationship and/or goodwill will cause significant and irreparable harm. The Executive agrees and covenants, during two (2) years, to run consecutively, beginning on the last day of the Executive’s employment with the Company, not to directly or indirectly solicit, contact (including but not limited to e-mail, regular mail, express mail, telephone, fax, and instant message), attempt to contact or meet with the Company’s current, former or prospective customers for purposes of offering or accepting goods or services competitive with those offered by the Company.
Non-Solicitation of Customers. Executive further agrees that, for the duration of this Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of his employment with the Company for any reason, he will not solicit or accept any business for the provision of the Services from any customer or client or prospective customer or client with whom Executive dealt, had contact with or during the time Executive was employed by the Company.
Non-Solicitation of Customers. The Executive agrees that during the Executive’s employment by the Employer hereunder, and in the event of the Executive’s Termination of Employment, regardless of the reason, for the duration of the Post-Termination Period, the Executive will not (except on behalf of or with the prior written consent of the Employer) on the Executive’s own behalf or in the service or on behalf of others, solicit, divert or appropriate or attempt to solicit, divert or appropriate, any business from any of the Employer’s customers, including prospective customers actively sought by the Employer, with whom the Executive has or had material contact during the last two (2) years of the Executive’s employment with Employer, for purposes of providing products or services that are competitive with those provided by the Employer.
