Acceptance of Employment. The Adviser hereby accepts such employment and agrees during the term hereof to render the services described herein for the compensation provided herein, subject to the limitations contained herein.
Acceptance of Employment. Employee accepts the employment provided for herein, at the salary set forth above, and agrees to devote his talents and best efforts to the diligent, faithful, and efficient discharge of the duties of his employment, and in furtherance of the operations and best interests of Bank, and observe and abide by all rules and regulations promulgated by Bank for the guidance and direction of its employees and the conduct of its business, operations, and activities.
Acceptance of Employment. Executive accepts employment with the Company upon the terms set forth above and agrees to devote all Executive’s time, energy and ability to the interests of the Company, and to perform Executive’s duties in an efficient, trustworthy and business-like manner.

Employee hereby covenants and agrees that, during the Term, Employee will devote the whole of his normal and customary working time and best efforts solely to the performance of Employee's duties under this Agreement.
Acceptance of Employment. Employee hereby accepts employment and agrees to devote his full time with the Company's business and shall not be involved in any activities whatsoever which interfere with Employee's: (1) employment with the Company; (2) satisfaction of Employee's obligations on behalf of the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement; or (3) activities on behalf of the Company in the discharge of his duties during the Company's business hours.
Acceptance of Employment. Employee hereby unconditionally accepts the employment set forth hereunder, under the terms and pursuant to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. Employee hereby covenants and agrees that, during the Term of this Agreement, Employee will devote the whole of Employee’s normal and customary working time and best efforts solely to the performance of Employee’s duties under this Agreement and that, except upon Employer’s prior express written authorization to that effect, Employee shall not perform any services for any casino, hotel/casino or other similar gaming or gambling operation not owned by Employer or any of Employer’s Affiliates.
Acceptance of Employment. Employee accepts employment by Employer on the terms and conditions herein provided and agrees, subject to the terms of this Agreement, to devote all of his full business time to advance the business of Employer.
Acceptance of Employment. Executive accepts such employment and shall render the services described above.
