Service Awards In consideration of the provision of services, COMPANY to pay EMPLOYEE, as compensation; The gross amount of RMB annually calculated at the rate of twelve (12) equal monthly installments consecutively of RMB each.
Award Distribution (a) In the event of any partial taking of any Leased Property, the entire Award shall belong to and be paid to Lessor, except that, subject to the rights of the Facility Mortgagees, Tenant shall be entitled to receive from the Award, if and to the extent such Award specifically includes such item, the following:
Service Award Named Plaintiff may apply to the Court for a service award of up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Subject to the Court’s approval, the service award shall be paid from the Settlement Fund ten (10) days after the Effective Date.

Performance Awards With respect to any Performance Award, the length of any Performance Period, the Performance Goals to be achieved during the Performance Period, the other terms and conditions of such Award, and the measure of whether and to what degree such Performance Goals have been attained will be determined by the Board.
Long-Term Incentive Awards The Executive shall participate in any long-term incentive awards offered to senior executives of the Company, as determined by the Compensation Committee.
Bonus Programs Employee may participate in any incentive program which may be made available from time to time to Corporation’s employees at Employee’s level; provided, however, that Employee’s participation is subject to the applicable terms, conditions and eligibility requirements of the program, as they may exist from time to time.
Incentive Award The three (3) year rolling average of earnings growth and Return On Equity (the "XXX") and determined as of December 31 of each plan year shall determine the Director's Incentive Award Percentage, in accordance with the attached Schedule A. The chart on Schedule A is specifically subject to change annually at the sole discretion of the Company's Board of Directors. The Incentive Award is calculated annually by taking the Director's Annual Fees for the Plan Year in which the XXX and Earnings Growth was calculated times the Incentive Award Percentage.
Reporting Subawards and Executive Compensation a. Reporting of first-tier subawards.
Transfer of Incentive Distribution Rights The General Partner or any other holder of Incentive Distribution Rights may transfer any or all of its Incentive Distribution Rights without the approval of any Limited Partner or any other Person.
