Quiet Enjoyment. Landlord covenants and agrees with Tenant that upon Tenant paying Rent, and observing and performing all of the terms, covenants and conditions on Tenant’s part to be observed and performed under this Lease, Tenant may peaceably and quietly enjoy the Premises, subject nonetheless to the terms and conditions of this Lease.
Quiet Enjoyment. Landlord covenants that Tenant, upon paying the Rent and performing its obligations contained in this Lease, may peacefully and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises, free from any claim by Landlord or persons claiming under Landlord, but subject to all of the terms and provisions hereof, provisions of Applicable Laws and rights of record to which this Lease is or may become subordinate. This covenant is in lieu of any other quiet enjoyment covenant, either express or implied.
Quiet Enjoyment. Tenant, upon payment of all of the sums referred to herein as being payable by Tenant and Tenant's performance of all Tenant's agreements contained herein and Tenant's observance of all rules and regulations, shall and may peacefully and quietly have, hold and enjoy said Premises for the term hereof.
Quiet Enjoyment. Upon the observance and performance of all the covenants, terms and conditions on Tenant’s part to be observed and performed, and subject to the other provisions of this Lease, Tenant shall have the right of quiet enjoyment and use of the Premises for the Term without hindrance or interruption by Landlord or any other person claiming by or through Landlord.
Quiet Enjoyment. Lessor covenants and agrees with Lessee that upon Lessee paying Rent and performing its covenants and conditions under this Lease, Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Lease Term, subject, however, to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunder.
Quiet Enjoyment. Landlord covenants that Tenant, upon paying the rent and performing its obligations hereunder and subject to all the terms and conditions of this Lease, shall peacefully and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises and the Center throughout the term of this Lease, or until this Lease is terminated as provided by this Lease.
Quiet Enjoyment. So long as Tenant is not in Default under this Lease, Tenant shall, subject to the terms of this Lease, at all times during the Term, have peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the Premises against any person claiming by, through or under Landlord.
Quiet Enjoyment. Tenant, upon paying the Rent and performing all of its obligations under this Lease, shall peaceably and quietly enjoy the Premises, subject to the terms of this Lease and to any mortgage, lease, or other agreement to which this Lease may be subordinate.
Quiet Enjoyment. Landlord covenants that, upon payment of the rent herein provided and performance by the Tenant of all other covenants herein contained, Tenant shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the term hereof and options.
Quiet Enjoyment. 6.01 Landlord covenants that if, and so long as Tenant performs each and every covenant, agreement, term, provision and condition of this Lease on the part and on behalf of Tenant to be kept and performed, Tenant shall quietly enjoy its rights under this Lease without hindrance or molestation by Landlord, subject to the covenants, agreements, terms, provisions and conditions of this Lease.
