If there remain some concerns about the Employee’s performance/behaviour, such concerns may be raised with the Employee and the probation period may be continued up to the maximum 26 week period. During the period of probationary employment, the Company or the Employee may terminate the employment by the giving of one (1) weeks notice (or payment the Company or forfeiture by the Employee of payment in lieu of notice). On commencement, and on a change in employment category, Employees will be advised in writing of the key terms and conditions of their employment. New Employees will be provided a copy of this Agreement.
