Vesting of Options During Leave. Options will not vest during a leave of absence other than an approved employee medical, FMLA or military leave. Notwithstanding the preceding, vesting shall not be deferred for any approved leave of absence of less than 30 days. The vesting date for all Options that would have otherwise vested during a leave of absence other than an approved employee medical, FMLA or military leave will be deferred by the number of days you are on a leave of absence. For example, if your vesting dates are August 1, 2007 through August 1, 2011, and you are on a 40-day leave of absence, the vesting date for your options will be deferred to September 10, 2007 through September 10, 2011.

  • Vesting of Options The Option shall vest (become exercisable) in accordance with the vesting schedule shown on page 1 of this Award Agreement. Notwithstanding the vesting schedule on page 1, the Option will also vest and become exercisable:

  • Vesting of the Option Subject to the Participant’s continued service to the Company through the applicable vesting date and the terms of the Plan, the Option shall vest in equal installments on each of the first five (5) anniversaries of the Date of Grant, such that twenty percent (20%) of the Option vests on each such anniversary (each, a “Vesting Date”).   • Vesting of Award Subject to Section 2(b) below and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, this Award shall become vested in three equal annual installments on the first, second and third anniversaries of the date hereof. Unless otherwise provided by the Company, all dividends and other amounts receivable in connection with any adjustments to the Shares under Section 4(c) of the Plan shall be subject to the vesting schedule in this Section 2(a).

  • Vesting of PSUs The PSUs are subject to forfeiture until they vest. Except as otherwise provided herein, the PSUs will vest and become nonforfeitable on the last day of a Performance Period with respect to the PSUs earned for such Performance Period in accordance with Section 4.2, subject to (a) the achievement of the minimum threshold Performance Goals for payout set forth in Exhibit A hereto, and (b) the Grantee's Continuous Service from the Grant Date through the last day of the Performance Period. The number of PSUs that vest and become payable under this Agreement shall be determined by the Committee based on the level of achievement of the Performance Goals set forth in Exhibit A hereto and shall be rounded to the nearest whole PSU.
