No Other Amendments; Confirmation. Except as expressly amended, modified and supplemented hereby, the provisions of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents are and shall remain in full force and effect.
No Other Amendments; Confirmation. All other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter thereof.

This Amendment shall apply and be effective only with respect to the provisions of the Credit Agreement specifically referred to herein. The representations, warranties and agreements contained herein shall for all purposes of the Credit Agreement be deemed to be set forth in the Credit Agreement. On and after the Amendment Effective Date, any reference to the Credit Agreement contained in the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, the references in Section 2.09(f)(i) and Section 11.11 of the Credit Agreement) shall mean the Credit Agreement as modified hereby.
