Effective Date and Duration of the Plan. The Plan is effective as of the Effective Date. The Plan will terminate at midnight on January 24, 2028 and may be terminated prior to such time by Board action. No Incentive Award will be granted after termination of the Plan. Incentive Awards outstanding upon termination of the Plan may continue to be exercised, or become free of restrictions, according to their terms.
