Employing Group definition

Employing Group means the Company, any holding company of the Company, or any subsidiary of the Company or any such holding company, including, without limitation Allied Healthcare Group Limited.
Employing Group means, as to Xxxxxxx, LMC and its Affiliates, and as to each of Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx and Nishimura, LMI and its Affiliates.
Employing Group means, as to Bennett, LMC and its Affiliates, and as to each of Hollis, Curtis and Nishimura, LMI and its Affiliates.

Examples of Employing Group in a sentence

  • The execution of this Agreement shall not be construed as conferring any legal rights upon you to continued employment, nor shall it interfere with the right of the Employing Group to terminate your employment for any reason.

  • Appropriate accounting records shall be maintained by the Employing Group Company to reflect the deducted Contribution Amounts under the Plan for the purchase of Shares by each Participant.

  • Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Participant’s deducted Contribution Amounts will not be kept separate from the general funds of the Employing Group Company.

  • For this purpose, the Participant expressly authorizes the Plan Administrator, the Employing Group Company and the Company to sell or withhold Shares in an amount that is necessary to cover these duties.

  • Easiness and without detriment entail an obligation of the controller at different levels: cost, simplicity of the procedure and finally, service level.

  • If your employment with the Employing Group is terminated by either the Employing Group or you for any reason before the end of the Retention Period, any unpaid portion of the Retention Bonus shall be immediately forfeited and you shall have no right to receive payment of such amount.

  • Further, in the event your employment with the Employing Group is terminated by either the Employing Group or you for any reason before the end of the Retention Period, you agree to pay to the Company, within thirty (30) days following your termination of employment, an amount equal to the portion of the Base Salary Bonus previously paid to you in connection with the Sale.

  • Notwithstanding the forgoing, for purposes of subsections (i) above, you will be considered employed by the Employing Group on the payment date of the Cash Bonus if you are not under notice as of the date of the consummation of the Sale, where such notice is served by you or is served upon you by the Employing Group by reason of gross misconduct.

  • Customer value is a combination of targeted benefits received by the customer including quality, price, convenience and on-time delivery, whether pre-sales and after-sales services [29].

Related to Employing Group

  • Participating Employer means any trade or business (whether or not incorporated) which adopts this Plan with the consent of the Company identified in the Adoption Agreement.

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Related Employer means the Employer and (a) any corporation that is a member of a controlled group of corporations as defined in Code Section 414(b) that includes the Employer and (b) any trade or business that is under common control as defined in Code Section 414(c) that includes the Employer.

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • Designated Employer Representative (DER) means a designated school district representative authorized to take immediate action to remove employees from safety-sensitive duties, to make required decisions in the testing and evaluation process, and to receive test results and other communications for the school district.

  • Employing unit means any department of the City and, within the Executive and Legislative Departments, any office created by ordinance.

  • Participating employee means an employee whose election to participate in a Plan has been approved by the employer.

  • Affected employee means an employee who would be affected by the grant or denial of a variance, or any one of the employee’s authorized representatives, such as the collective bargaining agent.

  • Designated Employee means an employee who has been designated by the school to receive complaints of hazing, harassment and bullying pursuant to subdivision 16 V.S.A. 570a(a)(7). The designated employees for each school building are identified in Appendix A of this policy.

  • Plan Sponsor has the meaning assigned to the term “plan sponsor” in Section 3(16)(B) of ERISA.

For purposes of this division, "total revenue" means receipts of any type or kind, including, but not limited to, sales receipts; payments; rents; profits; gains, dividends, and other investment income; compensation; commissions; premiums; money; property; grants; contributions; donations; gifts; program service revenue; patient service revenue; premiums; fees, including premium fees and service fees; tuition payments; unrelated business revenue; reimbursements; any type of payment from a governmental unit, including grants and other allocations; and any other similar receipts reported for federal income tax purposes or under generally accepted accounting principles. "Small employer" does not include the federal government; any state government, including any state agency or instrumentality; any political subdivision; or any entity treated as a government for financial accounting and reporting purposes.
