Ad Revenues definition

Ad Revenues means for any period during the Term, revenues that are recognised by Google from clicks on Ads on Search Results Pages in that period.
Ad Revenues means, for any period during the Term, revenues that are recognized by Google in connection with Company’s use of the applicable Advertising Service and attributed to Ads in that period.

More Definitions of Ad Revenues

Ad Revenues means the AdSense Revenues and ADX Revenues;
Ad Revenues means, for each of the Advertising Services, for any period during the Term, revenues that are recognized by Google and attributed to Ads in that period.
Ad Revenues means gross ad revenues minus agency fees, referral fees, costs related to third party advertising service providers, and discounts.
Ad Revenues means recognized revenues from ads Advertising Inventory provided by Google or an approved third party and displayed or Streamed on Playback Pages, Provider Channel pages, or in or on the YouTube Video Player with the Streaming of Provider Content and/or Monetized Content. The number of queries, impressions of and clicks on ads, as reported by Google, will be the number used in calculating Ad Revenue payments hereunder, unless disputed in good faith by Provider.
Ad Revenues means gross revenues received by Search Services Provider from sponsored links for the inclusion of such sponsored links on select websites, including, without limitation, the Home Page, whether calculated as a flat fee, on the basis of the number of “click-throughs,” or otherwise, minus agency fees, referral fees, costs related to third party advertising service providers, and discounts.
Ad Revenues means all revenues recognized by Microsoft in accordance with GAAP in connection with advertisements returned for Included Searches from Users in the Territory. The calculation of Ad Revenue is subject to Section 5.1.
Ad Revenues means, for any period during the Term and for each AdX transaction type, the sum of the AdX Transaction Prices in that period. Ad Revenues do not include Client­Managed Revenues.
