Section 2(b). If the teacher fails to return to employment for the six (6) months immediately following the expiration of the leave, the teacher shall reimburse the Board, within ninety (90) days, the Board’s cost of the insurance benefits provided while the teacher was on childrearing leave without pay, unless serious illness or death prevents or interrupts the teacher’s six (6) month return.
Section 2(b). The last sentence of Section 2(b) is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows: Employee must be employed by the Company at the time Incentive Compensation payments are paid in order to receive the Incentive Compensation payment for each fiscal year.
Section 2(b). Any teacher who voluntarily separates from an extra-curricular compensatory activity after the first day of school, and before the conclusion of the activity without good cause, need not be considered for appointment to any extra- curricular compensatory activity for a period of three (3) academic years.
Section 2(b). On those days when a regular full-time employee is working within a school site on days when school is in session, the regular work schedule shall be those hours that the school is open, without a duty-free lunch break. Such employee shall receive a twenty (20) minute paid lunch period per day with the understanding that she shall be on call during this time. The beginning and ending times of the regular day shall be set so that the nurse covers the hours when school is open and works a full seven (7) hour day.
Section 2(b). The first sentence of Section 2(b) of the Registration Rights Agreement shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “If a Piggyback Registration is a primary registration on behalf of the Company, and the managing underwriters or board of directors of the Company determine that the number of securities requested to be included in such registration exceeds the number which can be sold in such offering without adversely affecting the marketability of such offering, then the Company will include in such registration (a) first, the securities the Company proposes to sell, (b) second, the Registrable Securities requested to be included in such registration, pro rata among the holders of such securities on the basis of the number of securities so requested to be included therein owned by each such holder and (c) third, other securities requested to be included in such registration, pro rata among the holders of such securities on the basis of the number of securities so requested to be included therein owned by each such holder.”
Section 2(b). Two (2) weeks prior to the four (4) week schedule being posted, employees will submit to the Hospital, a duplicate form (available time form-see appendix B) indicating her/his availability for additional time for the next four (4)
Section 2(b). Term of the Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the end of Term date of June 30, 2016 with June 30, 2021.
