Resignation by You. You have the right to resign your employment with Blackboard at any time, with or without Good Reason, provided that you may resign with Good Reason only if you provide notice of such reason for resignation to Blackboard stating that such reason will be grounds for resignation with Good Reason, and if Blackboard fails to cure such reason within thirty (30) days following receipt of such notice.

Resignation by You. You may resign your membership with Jiva Health under the following circumstances:  If Jiva Health commits a serious or repeated breach of these terms.  Within 7 days of purchase of membership and you have not attended any yoga or pilates classes. Please note that you will be charged an administration fee.  On grounds of the unavailability of facilities where the unavailable facilities comprise either a substantial part of any particular facilities or a substantial part of Jiva Health overall facilities. In either such case such unavailability must have a material adverse effect on your use of Jiva Health and the whole or greater part of the affected facilities must be unavailable for a least 20 days in any period of 60 days (or for at least 60 days in any period of 365 days). If the unavailability is less than this (in effect, time or extent) then you may be entitled to compensation, but not to resign your membership. If you resign your membership in these circumstances you will be entitled to an appropriate refund of membership fees paid in advance and/or compensation as a matter of law.  Jiva Health may (in its reasonable discretion) agree to a resignation of your membership if you suffer a medical condition which has a substantial and long term adverse effect on your ability to continue with your usual usage of Jiva Health facilities. Jiva Health may require reasonable evidence of your medical condition, such as a doctor’s certificate.  Jiva Health may also (in its reasonable discretion) allow your membership to be resigned within your Commitment Period if you are subject to relocation, suspended or if you are made redundant. Jiva Health may require reasonable evidence of such an event.
