Revolving Advances. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, each Lender, severally and not jointly, will make Revolving Advances to Borrower in aggregate amounts outstanding at any time equal to such Lender's Commitment Percentage of the lesser of (x) the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount less the aggregate amount of outstanding Letters of Credit or (y) an amount equal to the sum of:

Revolving Advances. (a) Bank will make Advances not exceeding the Committed Revolving Line. Amounts borrowed under this Section may be repaid and reborrowed during the term of this Agreement.
Revolving Advances. (i) Subject to and upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Borrower may request Advances in an aggregate outstanding amount not to exceed the lesser of (i) the Revolving Line or (ii) the Borrowing Base. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, amounts borrowed pursuant to this Section 2.1(a) may be repaid and reborrowed at any time prior to the Revolving Maturity Date, at which time all Advances under this Section 2.1(a) shall be immediately due and payable. Borrower may prepay any Advances without penalty or premium.
Revolving Advances. The Lender agrees, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to make advances (“Revolving Advances”) to the Borrower from time to time from the date that all of the conditions set forth in 4.1 are satisfied (the “Funding Date”) to and until (but not including) the Termination Date in an amount not in excess of the Maximum Line Amount. Revolving Advances. Each Revolving Advance shall be made, on notice from the Borrower (a “Request for Advance”) to the Lender delivered before 12:00 Noon (Minneapolis, Minnesota time) on a Business Day which is at least three (3) Business Days prior to the date of such Revolving Advance specifying the amount of such Revolving Advance, provided that, no Revolving Advance shall be made while an Event of Default exists or if the interest rate for such LIBOR Rate Loan would exceed the Maximum Rate. Any Request for Advance applicable to a Revolving Advance received after 12:00 Noon (Minneapolis, Minnesota time) shall be deemed to have been received and be effective on the next Business Day. The amount so requested from the Lender shall, subject to the terms and conditions of this Third Supplement, be made available to the Borrower by: (i) depositing the same, in same day funds, in an account of the Borrower; or (ii) wire transferring such funds to a Person or Persons designated by the Borrower in writing.
