No Right to Continued Employment or Service. This Agreement and the grant of Restricted Stock hereunder shall not confer, or be construed to confer, upon the Recipient any right to employment or service, or continued employment or service, with the Company or any Related Entity.
No Right to Continued Employment or Service. This Agreement does not confer upon Participant any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or a Subsidiary, nor shall it interfere in any way with the right of the Company or a Subsidiary to terminate such employment or service at any time.

Neither the Plan nor this Award Agreement shall be construed as giving the Grantee the right to be retained in the employ of, or in any consulting relationship to, any member of the Company Group. Further, any member of the Company Group may at any time dismiss the Grantee or discontinue any employment or consulting relationship, free from liability or any claim under the Plan or this Award Agreement, except as otherwise expressly provided herein. Any determinations as to whether the Grantee continues to be employed shall be at the discretion of the Committee.
No Right to Continued Employment or Service. Neither the Plan, the grant of the Award, nor any other action related to the Plan shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the employment or service of BB&T or an Affiliate or affect in any way with the right of BB&T or an Affiliate to terminate the Participant’s employment or service at any time. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Plan or this Agreement or as determined by the Administrator, all rights of the Participant with respect to the Award shall terminate upon termination of the employment or service of the Participant with BB&T or an Affiliate. The grant of the Award does not create any obligation on the part of BB&T or an Affiliate to grant any further awards. So long as the Participant shall continue to be an Employee of BB&T or an Affiliate, the Award shall not be affected by any change in the duties or position of the Participant.
No Right to Continued Employment or Service. Neither the Plan, the Agreement nor any action taken thereunder or hereunder shall be construed as giving the Participant any right to be retained in the employ or service of the Service Recipient or any other member of the Company Group. The Service Recipient or any other member of the Company Group may at any time dismiss the Participant from employment or discontinue any consulting relationship, free from any liability or claim under the Plan or this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly provided in the Plan or this Agreement.
No Right to Continued Employment or Service. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right with respect to continuance of employment by or service with the Company and its Subsidiaries, nor limit or affect in any manner the right of the Company and its Subsidiaries to terminate the employment or service of the Grantee or adjust the Grantee’s compensation.
No Right to Continued Employment or Service. Neither the Option nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Optionee any right to continued employment or service with the Company.

This Agreement shall not be construed to confer upon Grantee any right to continue employment (or service) with the Company and shall not limit the right of the Company, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate Grantee’s employment (or service) at any time.
