No Other. No employee shall be required or permitted to make a written or verbal agreement with the Employer or his representatives which may conflict with the terms of this collective agreement.
No Other. “Designated Senior Debt”. Designate, or permit the designation of, any Indebtedness as “Designated Senior Debt” or any other similar term for the purpose of the definition of the same or the subordination provisions contained in the Senior Subordinated Notes Indenture or any indenture governing the Permitted Additional Debt that are subordinated to the Obligations or any Permitted Refinancing thereof or of the Senior Subordinated Notes other than (a) the Obligations under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, (b) the Second Lien Notes and (c) the Senior Secured Notes.
No Other. No Employee shall be required or permitted to make a written or verbal agreement with the Employer or his representative which may conflict with the terms of this Collective Agreement. No individual Employee or group of Employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Hospital without proper authorization from the Union. Where the Hospital requires written authorization of an Official Union representative, or a signatory on behalf of the Union, the Hospital shall notify the President, Local in advance.

No Other. Duties Notwithstanding anything to the contrary hereunder, neither the Bookrunners nor the MLAs shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under any of the Finance Documents, except in their respective capacities, as applicable, as Bookrunners or MLAs.

Consideration Buyer hereby represents and warrants that the Buyer’s Consideration is the only consideration it will issue in exchange for the Company’s Units and Buyer shall not issue further stock or any options, warrants, subscriptions or any other rights to its stock in exchange for any Units of the Company.
