Conditions Precedent to Term Loan. The obligation of Lender to make the Term Loan shall be subject to the condition precedent that Lender shall have received each of the following, each in form and substance satisfactory to Lender:

Conditions Precedent to Term Loan. The obligation of the Lender to convert the principal amount owed for all Revolving Loans to the Term Loan shall be subject to the fulfillment of each of the following conditions precedent on or before the Revolving Loan Maturity Date in a manner satisfactory to the Lender:
