Automobile Insurance. Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance insuring bodily injury and property damage arising from all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles, if any, with minimum limits of liability of $1,000,000 combined single limit, per accident.
Automobile Insurance. The Consultant shall maintain a policy in the minimum amounts as required for general liability to protect against claims for bodily injury and/or property damage arising out of the ownership or use of any owned, hired and/or non-owned vehicle.

If Consultant uses, or intends to use, a personal automobile in the performance of this Agreement, automobile liability insurance with limits of not less than $100,000.00 per person and $300,000.00 per accident for bodily injury and not less than $25,000.00 per accident for property damage. Automobile Insurance. The Vendor shall maintain automobile liability insurance which shall provide a minimum $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence and shall include coverage for owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles.

Automobile Insurance. The District shall provide secondary personal injury and property damage insurance for workers if they are required to use their personal vehicles on employer business.

Automobile Insurance. Employees must demonstrate proof of automobile insurance when using their personal vehicle on District business. However, if transporting students, employees must have proof of minimum liability coverage; $100,000, $300,000 bodily injury and $50,000 property damage.
Automobile Insurance. Developer shall maintain or cause to be maintained automobile insurance on any automobiles owned by Developer, maintained in full force and effect in an amount of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) per accident.
Automobile Insurance. Associate-Licensee shall maintain automobile insurance coverage for liability and property damage. Further, Associate-Licensee agrees to indemnify Broker against any claims or demands resulting from any automobile accident involving Associate-Licensee.
