Corporate Apartment. During the Employment Period, the Company will reimburse Executive for up to $4,000 per month with respect to the cost of a corporate apartment in Massachusetts, in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy as in effect from time to time.
Corporate Apartment. Company agrees to provide to Executive an appropriate residential apartment acceptable to Executive at Company expense for a period of time not to exceed six months from the Commencement Date.
Corporate Apartment. The Company will continue to make available to Xxxxxxx the corporate apartment currently leased by the Company for Xxxxxxx’x use at the Company’s costs until the expiration of the current lease term, without any extensions thereof.
Corporate Apartment. Employer shall provide Officer use of an apartment for his use in the greater Northbrook, Illinois, area at no expense to Officer. Additionally, Employer shall provide for the movement of household goods and personal automobiles as requested by Officer.
Corporate Apartment. The Company shall source and pay for a furnished corporate apartment within reasonable proximity to the Company’s offices, and shall pay the reasonable utility costs associated with such corporate apartment.
Corporate Apartment. The Employer will provide the Employee with the use of a business apartment in Zug. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that he shall be fully responsible for any tax, social security charges and other charges due under applicable law resulting from the benefit under this section.
Corporate Apartment. Company will reimburse Executive in a reasonable amount to be agreed upon by the Parties toward Executive’s rental or lease costs for an apartment in Phoenix, Arizona, until such time as Executive purchases a residence in the Phoenix, Arizona, metropolitan area.
Corporate Apartment. The Company must, at its own expense, provide the Executive an apartment in Hong Kong until the end of July 2008. To the extent that such apartment constitutes a taxable benefit to the Executive in either Hong Kong or the U.S., the Company shall pay to the Executive as a “gross-up” an additional amount sufficient to pay the Executive’s income or related taxes on the value of such benefit.
Corporate Apartment. Employee shall be entitled to the continued ------------------- use of the Corporate Apartment (as defined herein) through November 30, 2000. For purposes of this provision, the "Corporate Apartment" shall be defined as that apartment located at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx.
Corporate Apartment. The Company shall reimburse Executive for the expenses incurred by Executive through the Effective Date in connection with Executive’s corporate apartment in Atlanta, Georgia, which expenses are identified on Schedule 2.3 attached hereto. Executive agrees to: (i) pay all expenses incurred by Executive in connection with such corporate apartment except those identified on Schedule 2.3; and (ii) satisfy when due all loans and indebtedness incurred by Executive the proceeds of which were used to purchase any item identified on Schedule 2.3. Contemporaneous with the execution of this Agreement, Executive does hereby assign, transfer and convey to the Company all of Executive’s right, title and interest in and to each of the items identified on Schedule 2.3 with an asterisk.
