Documentation Fee. The Company shall pay a documentation fee to the Escrow Agent of $2,000 which shall be payable upon release of the Escrowed Funds.
Documentation Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay the Agent, for its sole account, a documentation fee in an amount equal to the costs incurred by the Agent in documenting changes to the Existing Credit Agreement.
Documentation Fee. The Company shall pay a documentation fee to the Escrow Agent of $4,500, out of the first Closing.
Documentation Fee. A loan documentation fee of $1,000.00 (“Loan Documentation Fee”), for the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement, will be charged to the Borrower’s loan account upon receipt of a fully executed copy of this Agreement.
Documentation Fee. In consideration of the extension of the Loan and the execution of this Agreement, Borrower will pay Crestmark a documentation fee of Seven Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($750.00), which fee is fully earned as of the date hereof and is non-refundable.
Documentation Fee. The Company shall pay a documentation fee to the Escrow Agent of $ 1,000.00, on the execution of this Agreement.
Documentation Fee. The Company shall pay a $2,500 documentation fee to the Escrow Agent on the Closing Date.
Documentation Fee. The Company shall pay a documentation fee to the Escrow Agent of $___________, out of the Closing.
Documentation Fee. Borrower agrees to pay for CitiCapital's out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement including, without limitation, filing and recording fees, title searches and the cost of any legal service.
Documentation Fee. You may request a copy of a Statement previously sent to you for a Documentation Fee of $3 per Statement, which will be applied to your Account. Copies of sales tickets or other items posted to your Account may be obtained for a Documentation Fee of $10 per sales ticket or other item, which will be applied to your Account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not impose any fee in connection with a good faith assertion of a billing error or other exercise of your Billing Rights (see below under “Your Billing Rights - Keep This Notice for Future Use”).
