Expiration of Warrants. Immediately after the Expiry Time, all rights under any Warrant in respect of which the right of acquisition provided for herein shall not have been exercised shall cease and terminate and each Warrant shall be void and of no further force or effect.
Expiration of Warrants. After the expiration of the period within which a Warrant is exercisable, all rights thereunder will wholly cease and terminate and such Warrant will be void and of no effect.
Expiration of Warrants. The Warrants shall terminate and become void as of 5:00 p.m., New York time on the Expiration Date, subject to earlier expiration in accordance with Article 5. In the event that the Warrants are to expire by reason of Article 5, the term “Expiration Date” shall mean such earlier date for all purposes of this Agreement.

Expiration of Warrants. Any unexercised Warrants shall expire and the rights of the Holders of such Warrants to purchase Underlying Common Stock shall terminate at the close of business on [ ], 2017(1) (the “Expiration Date”).

After the Time of Expiry, all rights under any Warrant in respect of which the right of purchase herein and therein provided for shall not theretofore have been exercised pursuant to Section 4.1 shall cease and terminate and such Warrant shall become void and of no effect and all rights of the Registered Owner thereof under this Warrant Agreement shall cease and terminate as of such termination; provided that such Registered Owner's rights under this Warrant Agreement with respect to actions occurring prior to such termination shall remain in full force. After the Time of Expiry, each Registered Owner of any Warrants shall return any unexercised Warrants to the Agent for cancelation in accordance with Section 4.5 of this Agreement.
Expiration of Warrants. The Warrants, to the extent not exercised prior thereto, shall automatically expire, terminate and become void as of 5:01 p.m. Eastern Time on the Expiration Date. No further action of any Person (including by, or on behalf of, any Warrantholder, the Company or the Warrant Agent) shall be required to effectuate the expiration of Warrants pursuant to this Section 3.2(h).
Expiration of Warrants. The Warrants shall terminate and become void as of the close of business on the Expiration Date.
Expiration of Warrants. Section 4.6 After the Expiry Time, all rights under the Warrants will wholly cease and terminate, and the Warrants will thereupon be void and of no effect.
Expiration of Warrants. No holder of any Warrant or any other person shall have any rights, under or by virtue of such Warrant or of this Indenture, to subscribe for or purchase any Warrant Shares at any time subsequent to the Warrant Exercise Period. Following the Warrant Exercise Period, all rights under this Indenture and/or under any of the Warrants in respect of which the right of subscription and purchase herein and therein provided for shall not theretofore have been exercised shall wholly cease and terminate and said Warrants shall be wholly void and of no value or effect.
