Cellular Telephone. Executive shall receive reimbursement for reasonable expenses associated with Executive's use of a cellular telephone in performing his services.
Cellular Telephone. The Company shall provide the Executive with a cellular telephone and a GSM phone that operates in the countries served by the Company, and the Company shall also be responsible for all costs and expenses in connection with such telephones, including, but not limited to, monthly service charges and maintenance, usage charges and long distance, whether these be incurred for personal or Company business.
Cellular Telephone. You shall be provided with cellular telephone equipment and service.
Cellular Telephone. The Company shall furnish to Executive a mobile or cellular telephone for Executive’s use and shall pay all charges in connection therewith (except Executive shall reimburse the Company for the charges each month that are in excess of $200 of charges in such month that are not accounted for by Executive as charges for the purposes of the Company). The telephone to be furnished to Executive shall be agreed upon by the Company and Executive from time to time.
Cellular Telephone. During the Term, the Company shall provide the Executive with the use of a cellular telephone, or, so long as such will not increase the Company's expense, reimburse Executive for a cellular phone and phone plan obtained by the Executive.
Cellular Telephone. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to the use of a cellular telephone and the monthly access charge and any business-related charges shall be paid by the Company.
Cellular Telephone. The Bank will provide the Employee with a Bank-owned cellular telephone for use by the Employee in the course of the Employee’s employment for Bank-related business.
Cellular Telephone. Company shall pay or reimburse Employee for his use of a cellular telephone, and related expenses, to the extent such telephone is used for business purposes.
Cellular Telephone. Employer will provide Executive with an Employer-owned cellular telephone for use by Executive in the course of Executive’s employment. Executive acknowledges that Employer makes no representation with respect to the taxability or non-taxability of the benefits provided under this Section 4(d).
Cellular Telephone. The Board shall provide the Assistant Superintendent with a cellular telephone for business use, and shall pay all monthly charges in connection with same. The cellular telephone shall at all times be the property of the Board and shall be returned to the Board at the time of severance of the Assistant Superintendent’s employment.
