Future Employment Sample Clauses

Future Employment. During Executive’s Company Employment and for eighteen (18) months following the termination of such employment for any reason, before accepting any employment with any Competitive Business (whether or not Executive believes such employment is prohibited by Section 8), Executive shall disclose to the Company the identity of any such Competitive Business and a complete description of the duties involved in such prospective employment, including a full description of any business, territory or market segment to which Executive will be assigned. Further, during Executive’s Company Employment and for two years following the termination of such employment for any reason, Executive agrees that, before accepting any future employment, Executive will provide a copy of this Agreement to any prospective employer of Executive, and Executive hereby authorizes the Company to do likewise, whether before or after the outset of the future employment.

Future Employment. This Agreement shall not be construed as providing the Executive the right to be continued in the employ of the Bank or its affiliates or subsidiaries.

Future Employment. Employee will, while the covenant under this Section 7 is in effect, give notice to Company, within ten days after accepting any other employment, of the identity of Employee's employer. Company may notify such employer that Employee is bound by this Agreement and, at Company's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.

Future Employment. Employee agrees that the Bank will not be obligated to offer employment to him/her or to hire him/her for any reason, regardless of the circumstances, at any time on or after the date of this Agreement. Employee agrees that he/she will not apply for nor accept any such employment.
Future Employment. In the event of Executive’s separation from the Company, regardless of the reason or cause of that separation, Executive agrees that for a period of 12 months from the date his employment terminates, he will provide the Company with no fewer than three business days’ notice of his intent to accept employment with or for an organization other than Company for the express purpose of allowing the Company to determine if such proposed employment interferes with any of Executive’s surviving obligations under this Agreement. The notice of intent to accept employment will identify the new employer, list Executive’s anticipated title and describe his anticipated duties.
Future Employment. If the Executive in the future seeks or is offered employment, or any other position or capacity (including as a consultant) with another person or entity, the Executive agrees to inform each new employer or entity, before accepting employment or other capacity, of the existence of the restrictions contained in Section 7. Further, before accepting any employment or other capacity with any person during the restriction period described in Section 7.1, the Executive agrees to give prior written notice to the Company of the name of such person or entity, the nature of the position or capacity, the responsibilities and duties of the position or capacity, and the industry or industries in which such other person or entity operates. The Company shall be entitled to advise such person or entity of the provisions of Section 7 and to otherwise deal with such person or entity to ensure that the provisions of Section 7 are enforced and duly discharged.
