Base Salary from Ceo Employment Agreement

This CEO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this Agreement) is entered into effective as of the last date signed below, (the Effective Date) by and between Tintri, Inc. (the Company), and Ken Klein (Executive).

Base Salary. The Company will pay Executive as compensation for his services a base salary at the annualized rate of three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) (the Base Salary). The Base Salary will be paid periodically in accordance with the Companys normal payroll practices and be subject to the usual, required withholdings.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of April 28, 2017, by and between Gulfport Energy Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and Keri Crowell, an individual ("Executive").

Base Salary. Commencing on the Effective Date, as compensation for services rendered under this Agreement, the Company will pay to Executive a base salary (the "Base Salary") at an annualized rate of $350,000 payable in accordance with the normal payroll procedures of the Company. Executive's Base Salary will be subject to periodic review by the Company and may be adjusted from time to time. The term "Base Salary" as used herein means and refers to the then current base salary, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Section 3.1. The Company may deduct from the Base Salary amounts sufficient to cover applicable federal, state and/or local income tax withholdings and any other amounts which the Company is required to withhold by applicable law.

Base Salary from Amended and Restated Employment Agreement

This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into by and between YUMA ENERGY, INC., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and James J. Jacobs (the "Employee") as of the date first set forth above (the "Effective Date") on the terms set forth herein.

Base Salary. During the Employment Term, the Employee will be entitled to receive a base salary ("Base Salary") at an annual rate of not less than $350,000 for services rendered to the Company and any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries, payable in accordance with the Company's regular payroll practices. The Employee's Base Salary will be reviewed annually by the Board and may be adjusted upward in the Board's sole discretion, but not downward.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of February 14, 2017 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Cecil Kyte, an individual (the "Executive"), and Rightscorp, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company").

Base Salary. The Company shall pay the Executive an annual rate of base salary of $150,000 in periodic installments in accordance with the Company's customary payroll practices and applicable wage payment laws, but no less frequently than monthly, except that, (i) the Executive's Base Salary will increase from $150,000 to $250,000, effective upon the Company's achievement of $100,000 in gross monthly revenue for three consecutive months, (ii) the Executive's Base Salary will increase to $350,000 upon the Company achieving $2,500,000 in gross revenue in any one year period commencing on the Effective Date, and (iii) effective upon the Company's receipt of an aggregate of $10,000,000 in cumulative gross revenue during the Initial Term and any Renewal Term, the Base Salary will increase to $500,000 . Executive's Base Salary may not be decreased during the Initial term or any Renewal Term. The Executive's annual base salary, as in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as "Base Salary".

Base Salary from Amended and Restated Employment Agreement

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this Agreement) is made and entered into as of March 14, 2017 (the Restatement Date), by and among Cadence Bancorporation, a Delaware corporation (the Company), Cadence Bank, N.A., a national banking association organized under the laws of the United States (the Bank and, together with the Company, Cadence), and Rudolph H. Holmes, IV (the Executive).

Base Salary. The Executive shall receive an annual base salary (Annual Base Salary) of no less than $350,000. The Executives Annual Base Salary shall be reviewed annually by the Compensation Committee (the Compensation Committee) of the Board of Directors of the Company (the Company Board) pursuant to its normal performance review policies for senior executives and may be increased but not decreased in the sole and absolute discretion of the Compensation Committee or the Company Board. The term Annual Base Salary as utilized in this Agreement shall refer to Annual Base Salary as in effect from time to time. Such Annual Base Salary shall be payable in accordance with Cadences payroll policies.

Base Salary from Executive Employment Agreement

This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this " Agreement") is made as of February 1, 2017 (the "Effective Date") by and between CorMedix Inc., a Delaware corporation with principal executive offices at 1430 U.S. Highway 206, Suite 200, Bedminster, NJ 07921 (the "Company"), and Judith Abrams ("Executive"). Each of the Company and Executive is referred to herein as a "Party" and together they are referred to as the "Parties."

Base Salary. During the Initial Term, the Company shall pay Executive an annual base salary of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000) (as it may be increased from time to time as provided hereunder, the "Base Salary"), less applicable withholdings and deductions. Payment shall be made in accordance with the Company's normal payroll practices. Upon the expiration of the Initial Term, the Company's Board, or its Compensation Committee, shall review the Base Salary to determine whether an increase in the amount thereof is warranted in its sole discretion. The Base Salary will not be decreased unless (i) all officers and/or members of the Company's executive management team experience an equal or greater percentage reduction in annual base salary and/or total compensation; and (ii) Executive's Base Salary reduction is no greater than twenty-five (25) percent.

Each of the Company and Executive is referred to herein as a "Party" and together they are referred to as the "Parties."

Base Salary. During the Initial Term, the Company shall pay Executive an annual base salary of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000) (as it may be increased from time to time as provided hereunder, the "Base Salary"), less applicable withholdings and deductions. Payment shall be made in accordance with the Company's normal payroll practices. Upon the expiration of the Initial Term, the Company's Board, or its Compensation Committee, shall review the Base Salary to determine whether an increase in the amount thereof is warranted in its sole discretion. This Employment Agreement, dated as of December 5, 2016 (the "Effective Date"), is made and entered into by and between PCTEL, Inc. (the "Company") and David A. Neumann ("Executive").

Base Salary. During the Employment Term, the Company will pay Executive as compensation for his services a base salary at an annualized rate determined by the Board (the "Base Salary"). Executive's initial Base Salary is $350,000 per annum. Executive's Base Salary will be reviewed on an annual basis by the Compensation Committee (the "Committee"), with advice from its compensation consultant or other advisors, if any, and the Committee shall make a recommendation regarding the Executive's Base Salary to the Board in accordance with the Committee's and the Board's established procedures.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made as of the 2nd day of November, 2015 (the "Agreement Date"), by and between Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation (the "Corporation"), with and on behalf of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Great Lakes Environmental & Infrastructure Solutions, LLC (the "Company"), and Christopher P. Shea ("Executive").

Base Salary. The Company shall pay Executive an annual base salary of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000) ("Base Salary"), payable in accordance with the general payroll practices of the Company. The Board will review Executive's performance and Base Salary annually and may, in its sole discretion, increase Executive's Base Salary, or decrease it by up to 10 percent if there is a salary reduction affecting substantially all senior executive officers of the Company.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of October 31, 2016 to be effective on July 1, 2017 (the "Effective Date"), by and among Sterling Bancorp, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), Sterling National Bank, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America (the "Bank"; and together with the Company, "Sterling"), and James P. Blose ("Executive").

Base Salary. In consideration for the services performed by Executive during the Employment Period, the Bank shall pay to Executive an annual salary ("Base Salary") of $350,000. The Base Salary shall be paid in approximately equal installments in accordance with the Bank's customary payroll practices. Executive's Base Salary shall be reviewed at least annually during the Employment Period for possible upward adjustment, and Executive's Base Salary shall not be reduced without Executive's consent. The term Base Salary, as utilized in this Agreement, shall refer to Base Salary as it may be increased.
