Relocation Reimbursement. In the event the Company changes the principal place of business at which the Executive performs his duties to a location that is outside of a 50 mile radius of Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable relocation expenses, including but not limited to, temporary housing for the Executive and his family.

Relocation Reimbursement. On relocation the employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for relocation costs up to a maximum of $6,000 upon production of receipts.
Relocation Reimbursement. If the Conditions to Severance are met and Employee is entitled to the Change in Control Severance Amount, provided that Employee relocated in connection with his employment with Employer within eighteen (18) months prior to the date of termination, then Employee will be reimbursed for the relocation costs for his return to the city or town from which Employee was relocated up to the amount received by Employee from Employer for the original relocation. Employee must submit his reimbursement request and back-up documentation in accordance with Employer’s normal relocation policy within six (6) months after the date of termination to receive the reimbursement. If Employee chooses not to return to his city or town of origin, Employee will not be eligible to receive this benefit.

The Relocation Reimbursement and any Tax Gross-Up shall be subject to an aggregate cap of $90,000. All amounts eligible for the Relocation Reimbursement must be incurred by and paid to Executive during the term of Executive’s employment with the Company. The Relocation Reimbursement and the Tax Gross-Up shall be paid to Executive within thirty (30) days following the Company’s receipt of a written request for such reimbursement, but subject to receipt by the Company of supporting receipts and/or documentation and/or receipts in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Company in a manner required by the Company’s Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy.
Relocation Reimbursement. The Executive will be reimbursed for relocation costs in accordance with the Company’s relocation reimbursement policy currently in effect, except that the Executive shall be eligible for reimbursement of temporary living expenses for a period not to exceed six (6) months.

Relocation Reimbursement. The Company will reimburse Executive up to fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for expenses in connection with Executive’s relocation of Executive’s principal residence to the Boston area (“Relocation Amount”). Executive must relocate to the Boston area by a date to be determined by the Board after consultation with Executive. Acceptable uses of the Relocation Amount include temporary housing, moving expenses, visits to the Boston area, the closing costs associated with selling Executive’s current home and purchasing a new residence in the Boston area and other reasonable move-related items (collectively “Relocation Expenses”). Appropriate supporting documentation (i.e., itemized receipts) of the Relocation Expenses must be submitted within 45 days after the Relocation Expenses were incurred and prior to reimbursement. The Company will determine in its reasonable, good faith judgment what, if any, of Executive’s reimbursed Relocation Expenses are for nondeductible expenses in accordance with applicable law and will comply with associated withholding and tax reporting obligations. If Executive resigns other than for Good Reason (defined below) or is terminated by the Company for Cause (defined below) at any time prior to the one year anniversary of the Effective Date, Executive must repay all Relocation Expenses to the Company within ten (10) days of the Date of Termination (defined below) (the "Relocation Reimbursement”).
Relocation Reimbursement. Executive shall be entitled to up to ------------------------ $250,000 to reimburse all documented moving and relocation expenses, including a tax equivalency payment (i.e., a "gross-up" for state and federal income taxes). ---- Reimbursement shall be made to Executive within 15 days of written request therefor accompanied by appropriate documentation of such expenses, and shall include repayment of (i) all costs incurred by Executive in selling his residences in Florida and Illinois, including legal fees, transfer and stamp taxes, brokers' commissions, and other customary closing costs; (ii) all costs of moving and/or storing Executive's furniture, other possessions and automobiles; and (iii) all costs of commuting between Colorado and Illinois for Executive or his family for up to 13 months; provided, however, in no case shall the Company's obligation to reimburse Executive in accordance with this Section exceed $250,000 including the tax equivalency payment.
Relocation Reimbursement. Hauppauge shall pay all reasonable relocation costs for Employee, provided that such relocation expenses are approved in advance by the Board of Directors.
