Benefits Allowance. For each fiscal year during the Period of Employment, commencing on the date hereof, the Company shall provide you with an aggregate allowance of $20,000.00 to apply towards the purchase of additional benefits at your discretion. Such allowance shall be paid in equal monthly installments (unless a pro-rata payment is to be made) on the closest payroll date on or following the first day of each month of each calendar year, provided that you are employed with the Company on such date.
Benefits Allowance. The District shall provide an HMO plan option for at least the first three years of this Agreement. The District shall provide teachers with a benefits allowance as a part of their total compensation package, consistent with the conditions in 26-1-1. The purpose of the benefits allowance is to provide teachers with a portion of total compensation that can be used to purchase benefits choices selected by the Benefits Board and contracted for by the Board of Education. The long-term goal of the District and the Association is to provide teachers with a benefits allowance that plays a significant role in enhancing the District’s competitive position in attracting and retaining teachers.
Benefits Allowance. L15.01 After two months of continuous employment, a Long Term Occasional teacher will be paid an additional monthly sum as set out below calculated and applied on a daily basis in lieu of benefits.

Benefits Allowance. In lieu of benefits (Article 18 and 19 of the Full Time Bargaining Unit Employees Collective Agreement), employees shall receive a benefit allowance of twelve percent (12%) added to the wage rates paid to employees in the Full Time Bargaining Unit. The classifications and the rates of pay for each classification shall be those set out in the attached schedule hereto and marked as “B”.
Benefits Allowance. $50.00 per month.
Benefits Allowance. Xxxxxxxx Principals and Assistant Principals hired on or after July 1, 2017 will earn three hundred and forty-three ($343) in benefit credits per month if they enroll in one of the District’s major medical plans. Principals and Assistant Principals working less than full-time will receive the benefit credits prorated by their full-time equivalency (FTE).
Benefits Allowance. 56.01 The employee shall receive in lieu of health and welfare benefits, holiday pay and income protection, a premium of fourteen percent (14%) of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for each hour worked. Article 50.01 deals with employees working on a holiday and is in addition to this article. For greater certainty, it is agreed and understood that this premium in lieu of benefits shall not be included in any hourly or other rate on which a multiple of time and one half or any other multiple is applied for purposes of computing overtime worked, work performed on a Employer Holiday, or otherwise.
Benefits Allowance. 18.01 A part time employee shall receive, in lieu of Health and Welfare Benefits and Income Protection only, a premium of ninety cents ($0.90) per hour for all hours worked by the employee calculated, and added on to each pay. In addition to this payment, the employer will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium for a $15,000 group life insurance benefit for eligible part time employees. A part time employee becomes eligible upon the completion of the probationary period, but to maintain that eligibility, must work an average of not less than one (1) shift per week, averaged over either the preceding six (6) months, or the employee's period of employment, whichever is the lesser.
Benefits Allowance. Such allowance shall be paid in equal quarterly installments (unless a pro-rata payment is to be made) on the closest payroll date on or following January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each calendar year, provided that the Executive is employed with the Company on such date.
