Benefits Allowance. For each fiscal year during the Period of Employment, commencing on the date hereof, the Company shall provide you with an aggregate allowance of $20,000.00 to apply towards the purchase of additional benefits at your discretion. Such allowance shall be paid in equal monthly installments (unless a pro-rata payment is to be made) on the closest payroll date on or following the first day of each month of each calendar year, provided that you are employed with the Company on such date.

Benefits Allowance. The District shall provide an HMO plan option for at least the first three years of this Agreement. The District shall provide teachers with a benefits allowance as a part of their total compensation package, consistent with the conditions in 26-1-1. Benefits Allowance. 56.01 The employee shall receive in lieu of health and welfare benefits, holiday pay and income protection, a premium of fourteen percent (14%) of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for each hour worked. Article 50.01 deals with employees working on a holiday and is in addition to this article. For greater certainty, it is agreed and understood that this premium in lieu of benefits shall not be included in any hourly or other rate on which a multiple of time and one half or any other multiple is applied for purposes of computing overtime worked, work performed on a Employer Holiday, or otherwise.
Benefits Allowance. 18.01 A part time employee shall receive, in lieu of Health and Welfare Benefits and Income Protection only, a premium of ninety cents ($0.90) per hour for all hours worked by the employee calculated, and added on to each pay. In addition to this payment, the employer will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium for a $15,000 group life insurance benefit for eligible part time employees. A part time employee becomes eligible upon the completion of the probationary period, but to maintain that eligibility, must work an average of not less than one (1) shift per week, averaged over either the preceding six (6) months, or the employee's period of employment, whichever is the lesser.
