Solicitation of Employees. I agree that for a period of twelve (12) months immediately following the termination of my relationship with the Company for any reason, whether with or without cause, I shall not either directly or indirectly solicit, induce, recruit or encourage any of the Company’s employees to leave their employment, or take away such employees, or attempt to solicit, induce, recruit, encourage or take away employees of the Company, either for myself or for any other person or entity.
Solicitation of Employees. Executive shall not during the term of Executive’s employment and for the applicable severance period for which Executive receives severance benefits following any termination hereof pursuant to Section 4(c) or (d) above (regardless of whether Executive receives such severance benefits in a lump sum payment) (the “Restricted Period”), directly or indirectly, solicit or encourage to leave the employment of the Company or any of its affiliates, any employee of the Company or any of its affiliates.
Solicitation of Employees. Executive agrees that for a period of 12 months immediately following the Effective Date of this Agreement, Executive will not directly or indirectly (a) solicit, induce, recruit or encourage any of the Company’s employees to leave their employment at the Company or (b) attempt to solicit, induce, recruit or encourage, either for Executive or for any other person or entity, any of the Company’s employees to leave their employment.
Solicitation of Employees. During the period in which the provision of Section 8(a) shall be in effect, the Executive agrees that he shall not, directly or indirectly, request, recommend or advise any employee of the Company to terminate his or her employment with the Company, for the purposes of providing services for a Competitor, or solicit for employment or recommend to any third party the solicitation for employment of any individual who was employed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries and affiliates at any time during the one year period preceding the Executive’s termination of employment.
Solicitation of Employees. I agree that for a period of twelve (12) months immediately following the termination of my relationship with the Company for any reason, whether voluntary or involuntary, with or without cause, I shall not either directly or indirectly solicit any of the Company’s employees to leave their employment, or attempt to solicit employees of the Company, either for myself or for any other person or entity. I agree that nothing in this Section 8 shall affect my continuing obligations under this Agreement during and after this twelve (12) month period, including, without limitation, my obligations under Section 2A.
Solicitation of Employees. During the Restricted Period, the Executive, directly or indirectly, shall not contact or solicit any employee of the Company for the purpose of hiring them or causing them to terminate their employment relationship with the Company.
Solicitation of Employees. The Executive agrees that during employment, and for the longer of any period of salary continuation or for two years after terminating employment with all Group Members [1] not, directly or indirectly, to solicit any employee of any Group Member to leave employment with the Group, [2] not, directly or indirectly, to employ or seek to employ any employee of any Group Member and [3] not to cause or induce any of the Group’s (or Group Member’s) competitors to solicit or employ any employee of any Group Member.
Solicitation of Employees. During the term of Executive's employment and for two years thereafter, Executive shall not directly or indirectly solicit or contact any person who is employed by Company or any Affiliate with a view to the engagement or employment of such person by any person or entity or otherwise interfere with the employment relationship of any employee of Company or of any Affiliate.
Solicitation of Employees. Recipient agrees that, both while employed by the Company or an Affiliate and for one year afterward, Recipient will not solicit or attempt to solicit any employee of the Company or an Affiliate to leave his or her employment or to violate the terms of any agreement or understanding that employee may have with the Company or an Affiliate. The foregoing obligations apply to both the Recipient’s direct and indirect actions, and apply to actions intended to benefit Recipient or any other person, business or entity.
Solicitation of Employees. Call upon any person who is, at that time, within the Restricted Territory, an employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, in a managerial capacity for the purpose or with the intent of enticing such employee away from or out of the employ of the Company or any of its subsidiaries;
