Other Reports. (a) Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all reports, if any, submitted to the Borrower or its Board of Directors by its independent public accountants in connection with their auditing function, including, without limitation, any management report and any management responses thereto; and

Other Reports. The Manager shall render to the board of directors of TIP and to TAS such periodic and special reports as the board or TAS may reasonably request.

Other Reports. Such other information regarding the operations, business affairs and financial condition of the Borrower as any Agent or Lender (acting through the Administrative Agent) may reasonably request.

Borrower shall furnish to Lender, within ten (10) Business Days after request, such further detailed information with respect to the operation of the Property and the financial affairs of Borrower, Sole Member or Manager as may be reasonably requested by Lender or any applicable Rating Agency.

Deliver or cause to be delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders copies of (i) all financial statements, reports and notices, if any, sent or made available generally by the Company to their securities holders or filed with the SEC by the Company, (ii) all press releases made available generally by the Company or any of the Company’s Subsidiaries to the public concerning material developments in the business of the Company or any such Subsidiary and (iii) all notifications received from the SEC by the Company or its Subsidiaries pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the rules promulgated thereunder.
