Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that to the extent neither Tenant nor Owner has approval rights over such matters pursuant to the Management Agreement and Manager, without Tenant’s or Owner’s prior consent, takes any action or fails to take any action which causes a representation or warranty contained in Section 6 to become untrue, such action by Manager alone shall not cause or give rise to a default under this Agreement.
