Annual Bonus

Reference is made to the Letter Agreement, dated as of May 8, 2007, as amended on November 29, 2007 and December 26, 2008 (the Letter Agreement), by and between Harman International Industries, Incorporated (the Company) and you. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Letter Agreement.

Annual Bonus. Effective with the Companys fiscal year commencing July 1, 2009 (Fiscal 2010), you will be eligible for an annual cash target bonus opportunity equal to 200% of your Base Salary and a maximum bonus of 300% of your Base Salary (the Annual Bonus). The Annual Bonus shall be based upon Harmans achievement of its business plan targets as established annually by the Compensation Committee consistent with the Companys 2008 Key Executive Officers Bonus Plan or its successor (the Bonus Plan). All or a portion of the Annual Bonus shall be awarded pursuant to the terms of the Bonus Plan or other applicable bonus plan, and the Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than March 15th of the calendar year immediately following the end of the applicable fiscal year. Your eligibility for the Annual Bonus shall be in lieu of, and not in addition to, any other rights that you may have to participate in the Bonus Plan. The provisions of this paragraph supersede the terms of Paragraph 5 of the Letter Agreement.

Annual Bonus from Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (the Agreement) is made and entered into effective as of March 20, 2008 the Effective Date), by and between Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (together with its successors and assigns, MMC, or the Company) and Simon V. Freakley (the Executive).

Annual Bonus. In addition to Base Salary, the Executive shall be eligible to participate throughout the Term in such annual bonus plans and programs as may be in effect from time to time in accordance with the Companys or Krolls compensation practices and the terms and provisions of any such plans or programs. The Executives annual bonus will range between zero and two hundred fifty percent (250%) of his Base Salary. The actual bonus amounts will be determined by the Committee based on the achievement of entity and individual performance goals; provided that the annual bonus for 2008 will be no less than $750,000. The annual bonus shall be paid in the same time and manner as corresponding awards to other senior executives of the Company generally. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the annual bonus be paid later than March 15 of the year following the year with respect to which such bonus is payable.

Annual Bonus from Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (the Agreement) is made and entered into effective as of December 10, 2007 (the Effective Date), by and between Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (together with its successors and assigns, MMC, or the Company) and Daniel S. Glaser (the Executive).

Annual Bonus. In addition to Base Salary, commencing with the 2008 performance year, the Executive shall be eligible to participate throughout the Term in such annual bonus plans and programs as may be in effect from time to time in accordance with the Companys compensation practices and the terms and provisions of any such plans or programs. The Executives annual target bonus opportunity will range between one hundred fifty percent (150%) and three hundred percent (300%) of his Base Salary. The actual bonus amounts will be determined by the Committee based on the achievement of entity and individual performance goals to be agreed upon, provided, however, that the Executives bonus for the 2008 performance year shall be no less than $2,250,000 (the 2008 Minimum Bonus). The annual bonus shall be paid in the same time and manner as corresponding awards to other senior executives of the Company generally. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the annual bonus be paid later than March 15 of the year following the year with respect to which such bonus is payable.

Annual Bonus from Amended and Restated Employment Agreement

This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the Agreement) dated July 7, 2008 is made by and between LUMINANT HOLDING COMPANY LLC (the Company), ENERGY FUTURE HOLDINGS CORP. (the parent entity of the Company, Holdings) and MARK ALLEN McFARLAND (the Executive).

Annual Bonus. With respect to each full fiscal year during the Employment Term, Executive shall have the opportunity to earn an annual bonus award (the Annual Bonus) of 75% of his Base Salary (Annual Bonus Target), as in effect at the beginning of the applicable fiscal year, based upon the achievement of annual performance targets established by the Board; provided, however, if Executive achieves superior performance targets as established by the Board, then Executive shall be eligible to receive a bonus award constituting 200% of his Annual Bonus Target. The Annual Bonus, if any, shall be paid to Executive within two and one half (2.5) months after the end of the applicable fiscal year. Executives Annual Bonus for 2008 shall not be prorated and shall be payable based on Executives annual rate of Base Salary, to the extent of the achievement of the applicable annual performance targets.

Annual Bonus from Employment Agreement

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this Agreement), effective as of November 12, 2008, by and between El Paso Electric Company, a Texas corporation (Company), and David W. Stevens (Executive).

Annual Bonus. During the Term, Executive shall be eligible for an annual performance bonus under the terms of the Companys bonus plans in place from to time. Executives target bonus opportunity will be 60% of Base Compensation, with actual bonus based on completion of performance goals determined by the Board or a committee of the Board. Annual Bonus

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") dated as of 16 April 2008, between DOUBLE HULL TANKERS, INC., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands ("Employer"), and OLE JACOB DIESEN, an individual ("Executive").

Annual Bonus. During the Term, Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus in such amount and subject to such terms and conditions as the Board may determine in its discretion. The annual bonus shall be between 0 and 100% of Executive's annual Salary and shall be targeted at 50%. Executive shall be eligible for an annual bonus for the whole of 2008, notwithstanding that his employment under this Agreement commenced on the Commencement Date.

Annual Bonus. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual bonus (the Annual Bonus) as set forth in this Section. For each calendar year beginning with 2008, the Executive shall be eligible for an Annual Bonus of up to 250% of the Executives then-current Base Salary for achieving the highest level of performance objectives. The objectives for the Annual Bonus, which may include quantitative and qualitative objectives, shall be determined by the Board or an authorized committee of the Board no later than 60 days after the beginning of the applicable measurement period, and the amount of any Annual Bonus shall be determined by the Board or an authorized committee of the Board and paid no later than March 15 of the following year.
