Payment of Closing Fees. The Borrower shall have paid the agreed upon closing fees to the Administrative Agent for the account of the Banks
Payment of Closing Fees. The Borrower shall have paid to the Administrative Agent the Fees required to be paid by them on the Closing Date.
Payment of Closing Fees. The Company shall have paid the fees and disbursements required by Section 16 to be paid by the Company on the date of the Closing.
