Incentive Plan. 23:01 Effective January 1, 2003, the basis on which any Incentive Plan payment is calculated will be modified. The modified plan will be based upon a 100% target payout of 2.5%, comprised of 1.75% District / Departmental targets and 0.75% Spectra Energy Earnings Per Share (EPS). Any Incentive Plan payout will be based upon the employee’s incentive eligible earnings which includes straight-time earnings, STD, vacation pay, holiday pay, flex days, overtime pay, and shift premiums. For clarity, any other forms of payment will not be included in the employee’s incentive eligible earnings. The rules and administration and payout formula of the Company’s Short Term Incentive Plan will apply to this Incentive Plan. The Incentive Plan for employees will be calculated on: ⮚ Operations District/Departmental targets - a sliding scale based on the achievement of the targets. The sliding scale starts at an achievement level of fifty (50%) percent each calendar year. Achievement below fifty percent (50%) in any calendar year results in no payout under this component of the Incentive Plan. At one hundred percent (100%) achievement level in a calendar year, the District / Department component of the Incentive Plan payment will be: • One and three-quarters percent (1.75%) of the employee’s incentive eligible earnings in each calendar year, or At the achievement level of two hundred percent (200%) or more in a calendar year, the maximum District / Department component of the Incentive Plan payment will be: • Three and one-half percent (3.5%) of the employee’s incentive eligible earnings in each calendar year. ⮚ Spectra Energy Earnings Per Share (EPS) - a sliding scale based on the achievement of the target EPS. The sliding scale starts at an achievement level of fifty (50%) percent each calendar year. Achievement below fifty percent (50%) in any calendar year results in no payout under this component of the Incentive Plan. Incentive Plan. During the Term, the Employee shall be eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with the Res-Care, Inc. Non-Equity Incentive Plan (the “Incentive Plan”). Shortly after the beginning of each calendar year, the Company’s Board of Directors will establish a target of earnings before taxes, interest, depreciation and amortization of the Company and its subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied (“EBITDA”), for such calendar year (the “Annual EBITDA Target”). In no event shall Employee earn any amount under the Incentive Plan for any calendar year during the Term unless the actual Company EBITDA for such calendar year equals or exceeds ninety percent (90%) of the Annual EBITDA Target for such calendar year. For all purposes of this Employment Agreement, in determining the actual EBITDA of the Company and its subsidiaries for each calendar year, the Executive Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Compensation Committee”) may make such good faith adjustments to EBITDA as it determines in its sole discretion are appropriate to reflect non-recurring or unusual items, including, without limitation, to give effect on a pro forma basis to any acquisition of stock or assets of other persons by the Company or a subsidiary thereof. The amount payable under the Incentive Plan to Employee for each full calendar year during the Term shall equal the Base Salary actually paid to the Employee for such calendar year multiplied by the sum of the Approved Professional Performance Percentage and the Approved Company Performance Percentage (as determined below) for such calendar year. The maximum percentage of the Approved Professional Performance Percentage for Employee shall be thirty percent (30%) and the maximum percentage of the Approved Company Performance Percentage shall be seventy percent (70%). The sum of the Approved Professional Performance Percentage and the Approved Company Performance Percentage for each calendar year shall be referred to herein as the “Incentive Percentage.” For each calendar year the maximum Incentive Percentage shall be one hundred percent (100%).
Incentive Plan. Employees who obtain an intermediate certification from DPSST shall have a premium of three percent (3%) per month in addition to their base wages. Employees who obtain an advanced certificate from DPSST shall have a premium of six percent (6%) per month in addition to their base wages (above certificate premiums are non- cumulative). Employees may be required to complete one physical for either the intermediate or advanced certificate, but not both. Employees who currently have the intermediate or advanced certificate will not be subject to the physical.
Incentive Plan. For purposes of this Agreement, "Incentive Plan" shall mean the Company's First Amended and Restated Bonus Plan or any successor annual incentive plan, maintained by the Company.

Incentive Plan. Incentive Plan" shall mean any compensation arrangement, plan, policy, practice or program established, maintained or sponsored by the Company or any subsidiary of the Company, or to which the Company or any subsidiary of the Company contributes, on behalf of any Executive Officer and which provides for incentive, bonus or other performance-based awards of cash, securities, the phantom equivalent of securities or other property, including any stock option, stock appreciation right and restricted stock plan, but excluding any plan intended to qualify as a plan under any one or more of Sections 401(a), 401(k) or 423 of the Code.
Incentive Plan. 1. a. During the 2017-2018 contract year, the School Board shall implement an incentive plan for all qualified employees (See Plan attached as Appendix E). The Incentive Plan shall include incentive supplements for indicators of skill attainment identified by the Employee Incentive Planning Team. The purpose of the Incentive Plan shall be to improve required skills that contribute to the improvement of services to the students, teachers, and the Nassau County School Board.
