Survival of Provisions. The obligations contained in this Section 11 shall survive the termination or expiration of the Executive’s employment with the Company and shall be fully enforceable thereafter.

Survival of Provisions. The respective agreements, representations and warranties of the Company and the Dealer Manager set forth in this Agreement shall remain operative and in full force and effect regardless of (a) any termination of this Agreement, (b) any investigation made by or on behalf of the Dealer Manager or any Dealer or any person controlling the Dealer Manager or any Dealer or by or on behalf of the Company or any person controlling the Company, and (c) the acceptance of any payment for the Shares.
Survival of Provisions. The provisions contained in paragraphs 3, 5, 6, and 8 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Following the termination of this Agreement, this Agreement will become void and there will be no liability of any party to any other party hereto, except for obligations under Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 16, all of which will survive the termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Provisions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties’ respective rights and obligations under Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 22 and 26 will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination of the Executive’s employment.

If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction in any state that any restriction in this Section 8 is excessive in duration or scope or extends for too long a period of time or over too great a range of activities or in too broad a geographic area or is unreasonable or unenforceable under the laws of that state, it is the intention of the parties that such restriction may be modified or amended by the court to render it enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by the law of that state or jurisdiction.
Survival of Provisions. If a court finds any part of this Master Agreement unenforceable, all other parts shall remain enforceable.
