No Rights as a Shareholder. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Warrantholder will not, by virtue of ownership of the Warrant, be entitled to any rights of a shareholder of the Company but will, upon written request to the Company, be entitled to receive such quarterly or annual reports as the Company distributes to its shareholders.
No Rights as a Shareholder. Until Shares are issued, if at all, in satisfaction of the Company’s obligations under this Award, in the time and manner specified above, the Participant shall have no rights as a shareholder with respect to such Shares.
No Rights as a Shareholder. Neither Participant nor Participant’s legal representatives shall have any of the rights and privileges of a shareholder of the Company with respect to the Shares of Common Stock subject to the Option until such Shares shall have been issued upon exercise of the Option.

This Warrant does not entitle the Holder to any voting rights or other rights as a shareholder of the Company, nor to any other rights whatsoever except the rights herein set forth. Provided, however, the Company shall not enter into any merger agreement in which it is not the surviving entity, or sell all or substantially all of its assets unless the Company shall have first provided the Holder with 20 days’ prior written notice.
No Rights as a Shareholder. Neither the Optionee nor the Optionee’s legal representatives shall have any of the rights and privileges of a shareholder of the Company with respect to the shares of Common Stock subject to the Option unless and until such shares are issued upon exercise of the Option. Except as expressly provided by the Plan, no adjustment shall be made for dividends or other rights for which the record date is prior to the issuance of any purchased shares and the delivery of any certificate or certificates for such shares.
No Rights as a Shareholder. Except as specifically provided in this Warrant, Holder shall have no rights as a shareholder of the Company in respect of the Shares issuable hereunder unless and until Holder exercises this Warrant as to all or any of such Shares.
No Rights as a Shareholder. You will have no rights as a shareholder of the Corporation by virtue of this Award unless and until Shares are issued and delivered in settlement of the Award pursuant to and in accordance with this Agreement. 5.
