Effective Date; Termination. Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Loan Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (c) of the General Conditions:
Effective Date; Termination. Section 3.01. This Project Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date on which the Loan Agreement comes into force and effect. ADB shall promptly notify the State of such date.
