Default Rate of Interest. Interest shall accrue on an overdue amount from (and including) the relevant date until the date of actual payment (as well after as before judgment) at the rate per annum determined by the Agent to be 2 per cent. above:

Default Rate of Interest. Upon the occurrence, and during the continuance, of an Event of Default with respect to any Borrower, the principal of and, to the extent permitted by law, interest on the Loans outstanding to such Borrower and any other amounts owing by such Borrower hereunder or under the other Credit Documents shall bear interest, payable on demand, at a per annum rate equal to 2% plus the rate which would otherwise be applicable (or if no rate is applicable, then the rate for Loans outstanding to such Borrower that are Base Rate Loans plus 2% per annum).
Default Rate of Interest. At the election of Agent or Required Lenders, after the occurrence of an Event of Default and for so long as it continues, the Loans and other Obligations shall bear interest at rates that are two percent (2.0%) per annum in excess of the rates otherwise payable under this Agreement; provided, however, that in the case of any Event of Default specified in Section 10.1(e) or 10.1(f) above, such default rates shall apply immediately and automatically without the need for any election or action of any kind on the part of Agent or any Lender.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Default Rate shall apply and accrue on any judgment entered with respect to any of the Obligations and to the unpaid principal amount of the Obligations during any Insolvency Proceeding of a Borrower. Each Borrower acknowledges that the cost and expense to Agent and each Lender attendant upon the occurrence of an Event of Default are difficult to ascertain or estimate and that the Default Rate is a fair and reasonable estimate to compensate Agent and Lender for such added cost and expense.
Default Rate of Interest. (a) If any amount of principal of any Loan is not paid when due, whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise, such amount shall thereafter bear interest at a fluctuating interest rate per annum at all times equal to the Default Rate to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws.
