The Stock Prices in the first row (i.e., the column headers) of the table set forth in Section 5.07(A) will be adjusted in the same manner as, and at the same time and for the same events for which, the Conversion Price is adjusted as a result of the operation of Section 5.05(A). The numbers of Additional Shares in the table set forth in Section 5.07(A) will be adjusted in the same manner as, and at the same time and for the same events for which, the Conversion Rate is adjusted pursuant to Section 5.05(A).
Adjustment of Stock Prices and Additional Shares. The Stock Prices set forth in the first row (i.e., the column headers) of the table below will be adjusted on each date on which the Conversion Rate must be adjusted pursuant to Section 10.05. The adjusted Stock Prices will equal the Stock Prices in effect immediately prior to such adjustment, multiplied by a fraction, (i) the numerator of which is the Conversion Rate in effect immediately prior to the adjustment giving rise to the share price adjustment, and (ii) the denominator of which is the Conversion Rate in effect immediately after the adjustment. The numbers of Additional Shares set forth in the table below will be adjusted in the same manner, at the same time and for the same events for which the Conversion Rate is adjusted pursuant to Section 10.05 hereof.
