Week of Base Pay definition

Week of Base Pay means one fifty-second (1/52) of the Eligible Employee’s Base Pay.
Week of Base Pay means the greater of (1) the Covered Executive’s Base Pay immediately prior to the date on which the Corporate Change occurs, or (2) the Covered Executive’s Base Pay immediately prior to the date of his or her Involuntary Termination, in either case divided by fifty-two (52).
Week of Base Pay means the employee's Base Pay divided by 52.

  • Base Pay means Executive’s annual base salary rate as in effect from time to time.

The foregoing notwithstanding, any calendar year in which Employee has no Compensation from the Corporation shall be ignored in determining such ten calendar year period.

  • Lease Payment Date means, with respect to any Interest Payment Date, the 5th Business Day immediately preceding such Interest Payment Date.

  • Core Earnings means the net income (loss), computed in accordance with GAAP, excluding (i) non-cash equity compensation expense, (ii) the Incentive Compensation, (iii) acquisition fees, (iv) financing fees, (v) depreciation and amortization, (vi) any unrealized gains or losses or other non-cash items that are included in net income for the applicable reporting period, regardless of whether such items are included in other comprehensive income or loss, or in net income, and (vii) one-time events pursuant to changes in GAAP and certain non-cash charges, in each case after discussions between the Manager and the Independent Directors and approved by a majority of the Independent Directors.

  • Annual Earnings means your gross annual income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to the date of loss. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Regular Hours means the hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday, excluding the following holidays: Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

  • Ordinary time earnings means the salary, wage or other remuneration regularly received by the employee in respect of the time worked in ordinary hours and shall include shift work penalties, payments which are made for the purpose of District or Location Allowances or any other rate paid for all purposes of the award to which the employee is entitled for ordinary hours of work.
