Entitlement to payment. (i) An Employee shall be entitled to payment by the Employer for Ordinary Time Earnings lost through inclement weather for up to 32 hours in every four weeks. For the purpose of this sub-clause the following conditions shall apply:
Entitlement to payment. In the event of such termination by the Owner, the Contractor shall be entitled to payment for the Work properly performed up to the time of the termination and reimbursement for such actual costs as are reasonably incurred by the Contractor due to the termination and not otherwise compensated. The Contractor shall also be entitled to profit on the amounts payable to the Contractor, but such profit shall be limited to six (6%) percent of such amounts. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any payment, including any anticipated profit, on Work not performed, and the Contractor shall not be entitled to any compensation or recovery of damages for any other costs, losses or damages of any nature.
Entitlement to payment. Xxxxxxx, other than casual kaimahi, shall be entitled to payment of salary from the day of commencing duty until the day on which duties cease (apart from periods of leave without pay) subject to the following conditions:

In the event an Indemnifying Party elects not to assume control of the defense and settlement of that claim, the Indemnified Party will be entitled to payment by the Indemnifying Party upon the Indemnified Party’s settlement of the claim or the adjudication of liability, whichever first occurs.

In the event of termination of this contract under Article 10, the Contractor shall be entitled to payment from the Translation Centre only in respect of the work or part(s) thereof completed at the time when such cancellation or termination occurs. In all cases, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any form of compensation.
Entitlement to payment. All amounts to which Participants are entitled pursuant to section 3.6 in respect of a year will become payable to them on the last day of the year, and until paid will be treated as liabilities of the Company.

Entitlement to payment. (i) Employees working in inclement weather shall be paid at a double time rate. The minimum payment for inclement weather shall be two (2) hours additional pay. In cases of inclement weather when employees in the crane yard are not required for a specific task and the inclement weather is not likely to xxxxx, consultation between management and the employee representative (if the employee representative is unavailable the employee/s affected) shall take place to consider allowing the employees to knock off without loss of pay. It is also agreed that the employees must make themselves reasonably available if needed for emergency or jobs in areas that may not be inclement in ordinary working hours.
